Excellent Hospitality and the staff are well trained. The hotel is with great location. Just takes around 10 min from hotel to pub street.

今次住的酒店整體都滿意,但員工就有點細心不足,有兩個問題發生了,一是我按了privacy鍵,竟然有員工想入我的房間,二是我只有一個人,但竟然安排九人車送我去機場(收費),我真的有㸃不明白,而餐飲方面,單點食物質數ok,但早餐的選擇就較少,其他設施都滿意,而且房間很大,希望下次不會再有這些錯誤出現

Good location. The room is big and clean. Swimming pool is nice. Staff are all friendly. I will come back in my next visit to Siem Reap.

地理位置位在巷弄中，對面有餐廳，飯店內設施較舊，為舊式傳統公寓型式，沒有電梯，樓梯及房間都較為老舊。 衛浴設備有更新，服務人員會說中文，很親切。晚上對面餐廳較為吵雜，房間鄉林狠勁，很容易聽到隔壁的聲音

員工服務超棒，有任何問題，他們都非常熱心與積極給予協助。

The room are big and clean with modern design. Although the hotel is not located at the main street, it was still safe to walk back to hotel at night. There is always some "Tuk-tuk" drivers outside the hotel. It's easy for you to go Angkor Wat or Pub Street whenever you want. Two improvements suggested: 1. Not much selection of western food for the breakfast. But yet, still fine for me. 2. Only one-way transportation service from airport to hotel. I need to order the service to airport when I leave.

This is a beautiful hotel, ideally located. It is quiet, clean and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. There is a beautiful swimming pool, with pool bar adjacent that is lovely to swim in. There are many shops, bars and restaurants within walking/tuk tuk distance away. I would have no hesitation whatsoever staying here again.

Extremely friendly staff, onsite facilities were great. Rooms were very clean and modern. We will definitely come back here.

Staffs are so nice, polite and go above and beyond to help us. I bought mangoes and asked to borrow a knife and he offered to cut them up and brought them to us all cut up. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. It is one of the best service I have in my travels of 42 different countries. Can’t think of anything that’s negative about this hotel and country. Thank you!!
