Overall a great hotel with Prima Location, great bar, nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff! The best is to book direct to get all of the perks (early checkin, late checkout, full breakfast, drink vouchers). Be prepared to pay up to £10/night for parking, but plenty of spaces. Location to town a d the castle is the best - worth the extra price to stay. The only disappointment was the condition of the ratty carpet in the rooms - the rest of the room was fine.

Hotel in una buona posizione, con camere piacevolmente arredate, non a buon prezzo. Il parcheggio privato dell’hotel è in realtà ad uso pubblico ed è a pagamento anche per i clienti alle stesse tariffe degli esterni (carissime, 18£ per 48h). Il personale non è sufficientemente formato ed è completamente apatico e freddo, indifferente ad ogni banale richiesta puntualmente non soddisfatta. La colazione continentale è composta esclusivamente da prodotti confezionati, di bassissima qualità e in scarsissima quantità. È possibile ordinare al cameriere (un ragazzino alle prime armi) un piatto di colazione scozzese oppure, per una cifra maggiorata, vari tipi di preparazioni a base di uova.
