The room, furniture and facilities are quite basic. The water tanks and pipes need cleaning. The air-conditioning was working but could not be adjusted. The towels provided were not clean.

Not so comfortable

Very basic room, unacceptable bedding smelling of damp, air con unit in need of servicing ( very loud. Adjoining guests fighting drinking and generally obnoxious and allowed to be. No intervention from hotel staff.

One of the nicer properties I stayed in Anjuna, India. Very nice pool area and close to restaurants and shopping.

Need to learn a lot about customer service For instance if you ordered omelette and chips the omelette would be served the chips would follow 10mins later. I live in Thailand they could learn a lot from the Thais and other Asian countries I have visited. Things like the light switches in the rooms were covered in greasy marks and had not been cleaned for months
