間酒店開始有點舊，雖然很多設施都需要更換，不過最值得係佢嘅景觀，由於在山丘上，冇得輸，如果下次再去睇北極光會再次入住。

Poor services and they did not even make up room every day. Staffs were not helpful. They took away used towels and did not replace by new ones and the excuse they gave was no one in the room which was ridiculous.

It’s a nice hotel. Convenient, comfortable, clean. All staffs are nice, and helpful.

这是我们第一次到黄刀旅游，觉得在黄刀这家酒店应该是符合一切需求。因为房间够大，地理位置也不错，餐厅食物很好吃（而且有供应本地牦牛排和麋鹿排）但是设备陈旧尤其是洗手间，前台服务员多是从东南亚请来的实习生训练不够，餐厅的服务员幸运的话遇到服务好的，三次用餐里我们遇到过一次服务态度很差的。其余的都还可以。

在601房間床上發現一隻小昆蟲，已經錄影左及向大堂服務人員反映。對其回覆非常失望，他景然那些昆大都是遊客帶來的。就連一向道歉的話都冇講，最後很不情願的給我們房。我的天啊，我今晚是在夜機，到達酒店時已是十一點多，當我把所有東西從行李箱取出及發現昆蟲時已是零辰一點，之後要把所有東西搬到新的房間617再整理已是零辰兩點半！

设备简单 位置很好 酒店员工态度不错 暖气太暖

酒店很棒，shuttle bus 很方便，十分满意

飯店有些老舊了，不過還不錯，位置很好！

酒店景色超美，有一晚在房间都看到了极光，大赞

nice hotel and very close to city.

很好的地點，停車方便，走路5分鐘內可達超市、吃飯、買東西、博物館等。半夜會提供熱咖啡及點心給看完極光回來的旅客。也有會中文的櫃檯人員！隔音稍微不好。

住了5晚 除了床太软 其他都很好 我们6楼基数房间看得到湖景 晚上在窗口看到了极光

位置很好，离超市和餐厅都很近。但是酒店隔音效果不好

The location of the hotel is really good, but the receptions are so mean & not helpful. Except a trainee called Zora who is really the most friendly & helpful one in the reception.

The hotel accommodation charges is a bit pricy. The foods of the restaurant was too salty.
