我們當天早上到達旅館，但未有職員當值，很不容易聯絡上，表示 2pm 才上班，但為了我們也願意 12noon 上班幫我們 check in，退房時也樂意幫忙聯絡下一間旅館，職員能用流利英語溝通，若可以 24 小時有職員當值更佳。 地點方便，步行約 15 分鐘即可到達景點區，但附近食肆不算多。 房間大致如圖片所示。

This is an affordable RB&B type of lodging and is not a hotel and should not be called a hotel since it is misleading. The address is very difficult to find as it is located in a side street behind the actual address provided. We had to ask a few locals to finally find the building. The room is small but very clean. The shower are also very clean. The access to the buliding and room is through pin codes which is convenient compared to keys.

Short walk from old town. Security was great. Selection of grocery stores nearby.

The room was very clean but dated with iron beds. The check-in was all via text and I asked to leave luggage and was asked to leave in a tiny vestibule and no one was there. I also had to carry all my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. I guess I expected some human contact but there was none.

It was easy to find. It was easy to check in with a code lock which is smart. About 10 min walk to the old town. Free parking outside along the entire area. Kitchenette and fridge that works well. Very affordable. Good luck.

Enkelt å finne frem, dog noe utfordrende med parkeringsplass. Men fint rom, rent og ryddig. Tydelige instrukser på ankomst og avreise.

Odeur nauséabondes dans l'appartement, remonté d'égout ou autre. Aucun accueil sur le site parkings gratuit et ensuite sur place parking payant.Studios pour deux personnes 1 chaise à disposition??

Nd the staff was accommodating me checking in late. Things I liked - The room was very clean and modern - Close to restaurants and coffee shops - Very nice shower - there was a washer in the bathroom - they have a priviye parking are - staff was very friendly and helpful Things I didnt like - Bad (low) lighting made it hard to see sometimes (for makeup) - the bathroom mirror light didn't work - a lot of stairs. I was on 2nd flooir as a solo female traveler and had to carry all my luggage upstairs (with a bruised knee) - The light in the hallway auto shuts off after about 60 seconds so i was still lugging up my stuff in the dark after the first minute. - the private parking costs $15 a night

The room was big and comfortable. Very close to the bus station and walkable to major tourists spots.

Es ist gut aber keine Luft für die Treppen , Dafürhalten der Besitzer Gehilfen meine Tasche hochzutragen . Praktisch da es alles ohne Schlüssel geht . Ich könnte sogar früher einchecken . Stadt ist in wenige Gehminuten erreichbar .

I wanted to be positive, given the reviews, but ultimately I was very underwhelmed. Location is good, but the space is very very old and the price is very high given the condition of everything. It’s clean, sure, but spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I was willing to be more gentle until the hot water stopped on my last morning. I’ve stayed at some interesting places, and I’m not a princess, but that was ugly and not worth the price, plus, very small and the fridge was insanely loud. Biggest plus? Air con!

Vi var der kun i en nat men det var dejligt tæt på den indre by af Split. Der var et fuldt udstyret køkken samt stue + et nyrenoveret badeværelse. Renligheden var i top og prisen var fornuftig

They made check in very smooth with a quick text for instructions. Easy quick little wash of clothing. Room stayed cool. Off the main road so no noise from the street. Perfect little hidden gem

Very central location - the beach was a 20 min walk, historic sites were a 10 minute walk, plenty of amazing restaurants all within walking distance. Our room was lovely and comfortable.

Stille og rolig overnatting i gangavstand 10 min til gamlebyen (og busstopp 2 min gange unna).

Nice space with a kitchenette and only a 10min walk to old town.
