Lovely traditional seaside hotel in Largs, ideally placed for the beach. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our hosts were so friendly and nice. My adult daughter and I stayed for 2 nights with our dogs and we had a fabulous time. Thank you :-)

The owners were lovely, they even did my washing for me. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was within walking distance of many dining options and breakfast was on site and tasty. The staff were also very nice. I would stay here again.

Very small room but comfortable enough for a 1 night stay for 1 person and a dog. Good location, near the centre but in a quiet street.

After my friends came down with sickness and couldn’t host us anymore I was worried about a backup plan the day off on a busy weekend. The Woodhouse was available at a fair price! It’s cute, cozy, has great views, is very walkable and has a great atmosphere! The breakfast for £7 more was well worth it! The people who own and run this are amazing! So kind and helpful! Will be staying again even if my family is healthy!

Ideal place to stay on your way to or from Bute Island! My room had a balcony with a sea view. Great!

The Woodhouse Hotel is a small, lovely friendly hotel where the service is superb and the cleanliness is excellent. A great choice if you are visiting Largs.

Spent 3 night stay with family. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Amazing breakfast thanks to Willie and Lillian (proprietors) and we decided to have our evening meals in the Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed all that we had " Compliments to the chef." Everyone was kind and helpful and a special thanks to Rebeca for her pleasant way in serving us our meals and drinks and to the lady who helped us in with our bags. Would recommend the Hotel for dog owners.

A short break in beautiful Largs. Not ultimate luxury but can’t complain about anything. Clean, everything you need, lovely staff and amazing breakfast.
