不诚实的接待员

接待员有点不诚实。

出行方便舒适，还会再来入住，服务很好，房间干净。

工作人员服务周到，房间香气扑鼻，干净整洁。

Very poor service, doesn't care about customers There is no professionalism at all. It 's not cheap or expensive. You should consult the service. Impress customers Service Mind.

Very stylish hotel. Furnished with elegant colour.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big and in good condition but a little bit old.

มีน้องแมวด้วยน่ารักมาก บริการดี อัพเกรดห้องให้ด้วย ไม่มีบ่นเลยค่ะ เยี่ยมไปเลย

Very poor condition the staff have no idea and don't care. Was woken 230am by someone walking in the room this happened 3 times in one night. Was given wrong key. Complained but didn't care. Use at your peril.

โรงแรมดีมาก ชอบเลยคับถ้าไปอีกก็จะพักอีกคับสะอาด เตียงนุ่มดีมากคับ

Lokasi agak susah dicari walaupun tidak terlalu jauh dari objek wisata, cukup tua tapi lumayan terawat, makanan cukup menampilkan lokal dengan peralatan serba keemasan, resepsionis dan manager hotel sangat informatif.

酒店很漂亮，房间干净，地处中心位置，交通便利。工作人员会说英语，非常友好。如果有机会我会再来的。

ข้อดี.อยู่ใจกลางเมืองและก็พนักงานมารยามดีครับ ข้อเสีย.สภาพโรงแรมเก่าครับทั้งในห้องและนอกห้องมีการปรับปรุงบ้างแต่ก็ยังไม่ดีที่สุดแอร์มีปัญหาน้ำหยดทุกวัน พนักงานไม่สามารถใช้ภาษาลาวได้และภาษาอังกฤษในบางคนก็พูดได้ไม่เข้าใจ โดยรวมแล้วทริปนี้ยังไม่ประทับใจครับหลายๆปัจจัยครับ

Here is a nice hotel and convenience for travelling and near important place of Laos and the staff was so nice.

ดีมาก พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวได้ดีพูดอังกฤษได้ บริการดี อาหารเช้าใช้ได้ มีสระว่ายน้ำ อยู่ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เดินทางสะดวก ให้คะแนน9/10 ขอหัก1คะแนนเนื่องจากมีจัดห้องไม่เรียบร้อย และมีวางแก้วน้ำแตก แต่ทางโรงแรมก็ได้จัดการแก้ให้ภายหลัง

ห้องพักกว้างมาก พนักงานบริการดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ใช้เวลาเดินมาจากตลาดเช้า 5 นาที อาหารเช้าอร่อย คุ้มค่ามากค่ะ

Room and picture of hotel are old building that in line with real site. Food is horrible
