Ótima localização. Quarto bonito, mas pegamos com a cama torta/quebrada. Solicitamos a limpeza, mas não limparam.

Perfect location and clean. To bad that 1 elevator was broken.

The staff were wonderful! The room was nice, but our AC made a strange noise all day and it was hard to sleep.

Fantastisk hotel beliggende i hjertet af Valencia. Meget venligt personale og dejlig morgenmad, kan klart anbefales.

Falsches Zimmer vergeben, trotz extra Zahlung für Zimmer mit Balkon. Aufzug defekt und 3 Stockwerke zu Fuss laufen, ab dort dann mit Aufzug der Unregelmässig kommt fahren müssen. Oft blieb die Türe im 6 Stock des Aufzuges offen, so das mann erst hoch musste und dort die Türe schliessen um dann im 3. Stock mit den Koffern in den Aufzug zu können.

No coffee or tea options in the room Lack of UK tv channels. Standard TV set in a mirror. To bulky and sound was effected. Needs a smart TV with Netflix etc. Otherwise, amazing stay here. Will come again. Air con an shower awesome.

A recepcionista Alessandra é muito simpática. O hotel é limpo e tem um bom café da manhã. Acredito que poderia ter no quarto uma cafeteira. Um fator negativo , eu coloquei a opção de pagar no hotel para não ser taxado na conversão de iof, porém na manhã do checkout foi debitado o valor das diárias no meu cartão.

The hotel is on a main street but quiet. The lift works well and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the central area making it quieter and possibly darker than rooms overlooking the street. The location was great for walking to the Old Town, the long park and bus routes, and walking to the Market Colon area too. Breakfast was a bit steep but excellent quality so worth the price. We're planning a repeat visit with friends in a feew months' time.
