Staffs of hotel not friendly, we stay here 3 night room is not clean

The hotel did not keep our room although we paid in advance. Though they offer us room in alternative hotel with clean and fresh room, I feel not happy with hotel commitment.

The room, especially the floor and bed, is very neat and clean. I really love the location and view from the hotel. It is by the river and near to the night market. The hotel owner is very friendly and dedicated. Definitely gonna stay here next time.
