住宿环境不错，早餐也很好（含税）。

房间干净整洁，空调制冷效果极佳，即使酒店建筑是古典风格，也丝毫没有霉味。住在这里让人不禁怀念起过去的日子。酒店距离2025年12月刚刚开业的Kangar Jaya购物中心仅15分钟车程。酒店内设有游泳池，需付费使用。

适合带孩子的家庭入住。只是早餐需要升级。总的来说，入住体验和付费体验都令人满意。

Even the outdoor hotel lack of maintenance & look poor but the room quite OK, spacious and big for us, family of 4. Booked for single bed but was upgraded into queen room. Please request room 510 besar sgt 😍 Hotel vibes macam old-school. The breakfast food sgt basic but OK for the price, Mee goreng sedap sgt! Nasi lemak keras skit maybe kurang air. My mother quite happy stay here due to big room and Mee goreng sedap. If you want to stay here, check the room first masa dapat card, if xok request la tukar. For me with the price and room size quite OK.

Lobi sangat cantik. Bilik sangat luas dan selesa. Tapi bilik air ade masalah besar. Air dalam tandas tersumbat. Kami terpaksa tahan buang air besar. Tak dapat nak buat aduan sebab dah terlalu letih cek in malam. Harap pihak hotel cek dulu facility sebelum bagi customer check in

Didn't feel welcomed at this hotel. Bell concierge didn't even offer to assist us with luggage. Breakfast choices were OK, can be better. Suggest adding some local favourite cakes. Overall, we believe this hotel has very good opportunities to be a very good choice accommodation in Kangar. We will return if improvements are done.

Coffee house buffet breakfast very poor.

One of the not so good hotels which I encountered. In Perlis, Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar & Savana Hotel Kuala Perlis are a lot better than this hotel (Putra Palace) even though the rating of Putra Palace is higher. This hotel I could not find anything good to say about, starting from check until check out. The condition of the hotel is disappointing.

Satisfied, room spacious and clean, this hotel got a pool to bring children. Easy parking.

Fine is fine. The room was superb clean! But it might sound a bit weird and ungrateful 😅. The room was too cool as the controller not functioned well.

Old and dirty. Not worth it for the price I paid!

A rate with 4.5 stars hotel have not meet with a basic minimum. The facilities are out of promising with no maintenance and upkeeps cleanliness.

The swimming pool is so dirty. The management should take this matter promptly.

Very old hotel, not worthy so stay with that price.

Photos captured in the app look new but in reality is not, fix phone line is broken (cable) and not functioning, the reception was unfriendly, the hotel is "dull", no luggage services, rubbish in the parking area are not collected and stain on the bedsheet.

I had the most pleasant to stay here. Highly recommended to everyone.

Hotel ni sudah lama, generally selesa tetapi semuanya lebih baik jika ditambah baik Dan diganti. Kelihatan suda terlalu tua walau pun bertraf 4 bintang.
