I stayed for 5 days during Christmas. The room was small but it's enough for one.

Clean room but a little bit too small for two. Near Gozzilla tower, not far from Shinjuku station.

Strategic yet good hotel. Surrounding good for someone who would like a new things.

Nice hotel and near to shinjuku station.

Staffa are friendly but no chair or amenities in the lobby floor. We need to go to the other building to use toilet before check in. Others apa hotel have amenities in the lonby floor. Wvent this hotel does not have chair for sitting while waiting for the reception. The environment also dirty manu trash and rubbish around.

The food was delicious, friendly and helpful staff, greatt location, great facilities

Was abit concern for our stay here after reading all the reviews on google. After staying there for the past 6 days it was so far not too bad. They had all the amenities nearby and train station was just a few minutes walk away. Room feels clean to me too. On the other hand the room and bed was a bit squeezy, and because the hotel is located near the redlight district and 2 night clubs just downstairs, it can get quite rowdy at night. No doubt we still feel safe as there is a police station behind the hotel, a 24hrs security guard and access door to access the hotel lift.

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟชินจูกุ เดินตามทางออกEast เห็นโฆษณาแมวชินจูกุแล้วตรงไปเจอตึกก็อตซิลล่าเลี้ยวซ้ายจะถึงโรงแรมได้ใกล้กว่า บริเวรรอบๆมีร้านอาหาร ร้านค้าต่างๆเยอะครบครัน พนักงานทุกคนบริการดีมากๆ ห้องขนาดปกติสไตล์ที่พักญี่ปุ่น มีออนเซ็นที่ชั้น28 ดีมากๆค่ะ

Air conditioner in the room is very hot. I can't breathe and can't to adjust anything in the room. It 's control from center control. The window can't be opened. The room very tiny but nearby shopping center.

Kurang bersih, banyak debu selimut dan karpet lantai. Tapi dekat dengan keramaian.

Room is quite small but all was well. They provide clean towel everyday (but not clean the room). No chance to try the onsen. Location was great

Kamar kecil sekali, lokasi dekat kemana-mana tapi untuk posisi daerah hotel ini agak kurang, banyak homeless perjudian mabuk-mabukan, kurang baik untuk yang bawa anak kecil.
