The riad was beautiful. We arrived in the afternoon and was first led into a reception area next to the courtyard, which gives us a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard. We were then greeted with some mint tea and biscuits which were lovely. The staffs were all warm and friendly, and was very helpful with carrying our luggages upstairs. The room was spacious, warm and tastefully decorated. It had a very high ceiling which we enjoyed very much. The bathroom was big and quite nicely decorated with paintings. The only thing about the bathroom that can be improved was the bath. There's no shower curtain which made it slightly inconvenient, and the drain was very slow. But overall we really liked the room. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. Lighting was good too. The courtyard is the highlight of the riad, it was absolutely beautiful with impressive mosaic and stone carvings that are in great condition. Enjoyed every second inside it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. We especially loved the Moroccan meloui. We would definitely recommend this riad to our family and friends.

El Riad era muy hermoso y limpio. Cada elemento de la decoracion, el ambiente, los alores, todo estaba planificado meticulosamente. Nos recibieron con te y unas galletas riquisimas. El lugar es pequeño por lo que no hay mucho personal. Sin embargo estan pendientes de todo y brindan un excelente servicio. Nunca nos hizo falta nada. Todos son muy amables. Se puede solitar cena por un costo extra. Tambien tienen un menu de bebidas, uno se puede sentar en el patio central y tomar un cafe o un vino. Tomamos una habitacion de 4 personas. Era super grande, limpia y comoda. Fue el mejor alojamiento en el que estuvimos en Marruecos, incluso comparado a un hotel 5 estrellas. Es otro tipo de acomodacion, pero muy confortable. Tienen ambientadores en el hotel y huele super rico. Para el desayuno sirven miel, mermelada, una especie de crepe, panes, cafe. Mi mamá solicito un omelet, y se lo preparon sin ningun problema.

What a fabulous stay at this riad, well located on the edge of the medina. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially as we were traveling during Eid and needed some special assistance. Wonderful breakfast and delicious tangine dinner! Fes is a maze and coming back to this beautiful well-appointed riad after busy walkabouts was calm and peaceful. If you have any mobility issues, be sure to check with riad staff when you book. Stairs to many of the rooms and stairs inside some of the rooms from lounge to the sleeping area! They will steer you to the best location for your room. Highly recommend this riad for your Fes visit.

Beautiful thousand year old Riad, with magnificent very grandiose rooms. It was like living in a beautiful museum. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely, and the staff was extremely helpful and gracious. They helped arrange an amazing tour guide for us as well, as exploring the Medina on our own would be guaranteed to get us lost in that labyrinth of 9000+ streets. Most importantly it is right next to Bab-Ziat the entryway to the old city, so you can get your taxi to drop you off literally 1 min walk from the Riad, and don’t have to lug your bags across town.

The Riad is beautiful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff is very helpful, polite and always smiling. Breakfast was great, delicious. We had requested for dinner too and it was rich and tasty. The entire place had a very positive vibes and we were able to relax, have a cup of coffee in the terrace. A quaint, charming place.

This is a beautiful, exquisite riad - the plants and flowers in the courtyard along with the adorable parrot who sings sweetly was so fun. We really enjoyed our room, the entrance to which was from the main floor, and it entered into a small room with a desk and sofa, and there was a separate bathroom/shower with a separate door. To reach the bedroom, one must go up some very steep and narrow stairs. This could be hard for someone elderly or with weak knees. However there are plenty of lights and light switches that we found helfpul so we don't trip. The bed, as beautiful as it was, was the hardest bed that we experienced during our 11 days across Morocco. We tossed and turned a bit. We definitely recommend this riad to everyone, but just be prepared with the bed. Location-wise, the riad is very close to the Al-Ziyat gate (which is not a main gate, but where our taxi dropped us off). The riad is a little away (about 10 minutes walk) to get to to the center of the main action of the souk and the blue gate. One has to take care to get familiar with the zig zag route to avoid taking a wrong turn. It can be a little confusing. Overall we loved this riad and would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts.

The Riad is beautiful, great staff and a good breakfast. The only trouble we had was the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff did their best but it didn't help we barely slept both nights. Great, quiet location!

Be prepared to be treated like royalty! The staff is so attentive and helpful. They were helpful arranging drivers and so accommodating to our needs. The meals are exceptional and served in an elegant courtyard filled with spectacular architecture and marble.

This riad has such a lovely atmosphere. The interior was clean and well decorated, felt very homely and cozy. The staff was also very polite and attentive, and pointed us to some local attractions within walking distance of the riad. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Fes.

Exquisitely appointed suite (Serrafine) with traditional furniture and modern artworks. Gorgeous tilework, carved doors, carpets. A huge round copper bath you could almost swim in. The service was impeccable, gracious, 24/7. Beautiful communal courtyard where a good substantial breakfast was served. Situated on the edge of the medina in a suburban area, near a "gate" so great access to taxis, short walk to the action of the medina, quiet, safe neighbourhood.
