the fridge and air con are not work well, my drink never be cool, it was too hot as I have already set the temperture to 20, I can't sleep for 2 nights here.

The overall environment was good and the location is quite convenience if you go by driving. The car park was free of charge with over 200 nos. of capacity. The front desk services was nice and all staff were presentable, polite and sincere. I will recommend all my friends and families to stay here for a short visit of Onomichi.

Friendly staff. Only one to two local small restaurants nearby. No convenience store nearby. Free parking. Hotel provided discount coupon to dine at their restaurant. Free welcome drink at the bar.

房間尚算可以, 但 check in 後一開房門發覺廁所門口有異味, 要開空調及抽氣一斷長時間才可清除. 步行約5分鐘可到達超市,藥莊, 100yen店, 及壽司店. 酒店路口亦有幾間食店. 酒店有停車埸.

It's not too far from JR, better ride the bike to go to shopping area

服務人員不是全懂英語，但態度非常好，酒店日本餐廳好吃，且價格合理，基本設施齊全，房間內的熱水壺有特別設計，適合沖泡房間內附的手沖咖啡粉。

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The shuttle to the station was very convenient.

We stayed at this hotel as it was conveniently placed to pick up rental bikes at the port. Staff were great on check in, and they organised luggage transfer for us. Room was lovely. Breakfast was a set Japanese breakfast, beautifully presented, plus options of yogurt and eggs and fruit. A couple of restaurants on site . A few places to eat around the hotel and a courtesy bus to the station (or a 10 minute walk). Supermarket and chemist nearby

室内は掃除が隅々まで行き届いていて、気持ちよかった。部屋で使うコップやカップにコースターがついていて、特別感があり、よかった。シャンプーやコンディショナーも、使い心地がよかった。 スタッフさんも、笑顔が素敵で居心地がよかった。とくにバスのドライバーの女性の方が親切で素敵だな、と思った。 尾道2泊目の宿だったので、前日のホテルをチェックアウトし、御ホテルに荷物をお願いしたくて歩いて向かったが、想像より遠かった。送迎バスは、とてもありがたかった。もし可能ならば、私のような者のために、朝の尾道駅→ホテルの便も作っていただけるとなおありがたい。 お世話になりました。 よい旅になりました！
