they are going through upgrades. the spa is amazing , employees are extremely helpful and nice

Staff were great. Breakfast good. Spa good. A little noisy and rooms are a bit tired. Cleaning could have been a bit better. Sand on the tiles and corridors.

Room was good but there was neither shampoo nor soap available in bathroom. We noticed this at the time of shower. No room cleaning on timely basis.

I stayed here during my visit to Rameswaram with my family and booked 3 rooms. Upon entering the rooms, I noticed the bed sheets were dirty, but room service responded promptly and replaced them. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so they provided a dongle instead. Overall not happy this hotel need renovation.

It was great experience staying but outside muddy road access and water logging can be improved to make it better

Bathroom and floor were not clean. Towels were dirty. I would not come back. It is overly price for this kind of property. Restaurant was only fair.
