Location is good. However, the service of staff about the toilet bowl stuck with slower water that is unable to do anything and action. Fortunely, my wife knows about the method to clear it by using side pump water in order to push the stuck toilet out from the toilet bowl.

Hotel bagus, location pun bagus.

Aircon compressor very noisy that made sleeping very unpleasant.

So far okay. Room clean. But you need to bring along your toiletries, hotel did not provide.

Water heater not working. The bed have lice, very itchy.

All basics accommodation are there. We booked 2 connecting rooms for 2nights. It 's a clean and nice hotel to stay. Very near to pantai hospital, and my parent in law and two our kids stay there while I was giving birth with my husband. It about 100 steps or less walking distance from the hotel to hospital, and easier for my husband to return looking for me and the kids. Besides it near to shops, restraunts, laundry shop etc.

Room with broken toilet was given to us, and there are water leaking at floor for toilet, yet end up hotel worker spend hours to fix it. Wondering why the problem not solve prior to our stay? even we check in late around 4pm. Its a waste of time waiting worker to fix that which disturbing our privacy time. TV also not working whole day during our stay. Other than this 3 problem, all are awesome

Bilik yang besar, katil yang empuk, lokasi berdekatan mall dan senang untuk membeli barang, juga berdekatan dengan exit Sg Petani (U). Keseluruhan: terbaik.

Very clean, surrounding have shops so not hard to find food.good hospitality by the receptionist. Overall very good and I will recommend to my friends tis hotel
