Nice staff, warm wellcome us when we check in. Location is good, easy to reach by metro and bus. Safe and quiet even we were assigned a room at first floor. Happy during our stay!

Nice location close to popular sites around 10-15 mins walk. Free wifi & comfotable beds, we had nice sleep & feel like home. The people in the front desk are very nice & helpful, we enjoy our stay for four days. Will be our first choice next time come back!

Staff were courteous - room functional but probably a bit on the small side if you were travelling with lots of luggage or staying more than one night Room was very warm/airless even though staying in December and thermostat set to 18 degrees no milk for morning tea

La ubicación es inmejorable, a tres cuadras y media de la Plaza Catalunya, de El Corte Inglés y a dos cuadras del Paseo de Gracia, la avenida principal de tiendas y boutiques de lujo. El cuarto es pequeño, pero si vas a pasar todo el día fuera paseando, como fue mi caso, eso es lo de menos. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Lo mejor es la atención amabilísima y servicial de todo el personal. Muy recomendable

Very comfortable bed, great location

Nice location. The staff were helpful and very close taxi stand so there was no need to wait or call taxis. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was very small. Hardly any space to walk in the room. They charged me another tax even when I had paid bed tax I came to know from another gentleman same night a larger room rented for far less. They had only 3 Kleenex taste in my room. The day I checked out the Gentleman was rude and unfriendly. I don’t like the experience
