Perfect location and close to Univ of Groningen. The rooms are charming as are the surroundings. Staff were an absolute delight and very helpful. Would stay again.

Hôtel idéalement placé prés du centre ville, tout en étant très calme car entouré d'un jardin et d'un parc. Personnel très agréable et prévenant. Chambre confortable et restauration de qualité. Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant Nassau, pour un dîner de grande qualité au service impeccable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

It was perfect! Staff was awesome

We had a memorable stay at the Hotel Prisenhof. Centrally located in the heart of Gronigen, there were numerous shops, restaurants and points of interest all within walking distance. Our room was on the upper floor of what we learned was previously a monastery. It had a lovely view of the garden and was very spacious, although we wished it had more natural light. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. If you are driving, a tip is to park overnight at the Forum Gronigen, only a few minutes walk away. Another plus is the hotel is dog-friendly (for an additional fee).
