飯店環境清靜優雅，員工服務親切體貼，房間寬敞舒適又乾淨，雖是傳統溫泉飯店但非常新穎。不管是說中文或英文都有相對應的員工服務。 飯店下午四點後有提供城崎車站接駁的服務，可以走到車站對面的遊客服務中心請人員幫忙通知飯店來接駁。 如果想在城崎溫泉住一晚，非常推薦水翔苑。

非常愉快且舒服的住宿體驗，客房十分乾淨，員工服務也都很棒，雖然因大雪被困在城崎溫泉，飯店十分盡力幫我們尋找交通工具。有自己的接駁車可以過去外湯區，整體住宿令人十分滿意，下次再來時，還是會選擇此飯店！

這間温泉酒店是我第一次入住，雖然與JR站有點距離，但因有接駁車接送，所以都沒什麼問題。客房整潔，職員服務友善，早上我們到達旅館後，因未到Check in 時間，都熱情地幫我們登記入住和寄存行理，還安排車輛送我們到温泉街遊覽，這個超讚。設施方面，浸完温泉後有免費雪條吃，有汽水喝，有按摩機(全部免費，任用)，還有房間內有3支免費Asahi啤酒提供，感覺係超值。晚餐更豐富，又美味。下次到城崎會再入住。

有會說中文的服務人員，對飯店設施做清楚的說明，飯店的大浴場也不錯。雖然飯店不是位在溫泉街上，有提供接駁車，非常親切的司機先生，可載住客到外湯、車站甚至纜車站。來到城崎溫泉建議住兩晚好好體驗

飯店服務人員都很專業也很親切，飯店內也有語言通的人員溝通沒問題，晚餐2晚可變化也很彈性，有接駁巴士接送很貼心，有租車停放停車場也是很理想，離主街道不遠

新式日本溫泉旅館，混合日本傳統美學和時尚設計風格，尤其是庭園令人目不暇給，晚上更有投射影像，遇上落雪更添美感。在豐富的松葉蟹盛宴之後，雪中享受露天風呂，絕對是人生一大樂事，為此趟JR関西廣域周遊券之旅，劃上完美句號！

這是很有特色的旅館，外觀不起眼，但入內後，因旅館中間是日式庭院，非常明亮雅緻，服務人員也很熱情，早晚餐都豐富又美味，泡湯設施不大但乾淨又齊全，比它提供旅館外七間公共浴池還好。滿心的讚賞這次的住宿，直到要回車站時，看到司機冷漠的站在那裏，看我們兩女生抬大行李上下車，想這人真是害群之馬，讓客人的好感減分不少。

早晚餐非常豐富美味，員工有善親切，有車接駁到各景點。超級物超所值

Excellent facility, service, and food. Well worth the cost of staying there.

A superb onsen (hotspring) hotel in the area. Wonderful service, spacious and beautiful rooms with a very attractive price. (Season discount?) A big and beautiful public onsen bath, a well-designed Japanese-style garden in the middle of the hotel. An electronic ticket for the 7 outside public onsen bath is provided. Location is the only shortcoming, but it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the JR Kinosaki Onsen station. Also free shuttle service is provided. Wonderful experience in this hotel!

One of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended! Everything was thoughtfully done and well maintained. The onsite onsen was beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor bathing areas. The traditional Japanese dinners and breakfasts were wonderful experiences, served in a private dining room and featuring multiple courses, including crab. The rooms were spotless, and the central garden created a tranquil focal point that could be enjoyed from the lobby lounge area and seen from our traditional room. We stayed a couple of nights, and would easily return again.

This is a hard review to leave as I think maybe this stay was not our style. The futons on the floor are so uncomfortable that I instantly regretted booking a second night - my husband and I got no rest at this hotel and woke up extremely sore. The food was another issue - people rave on these reviews how great the food was and it was horrible they also give you way too much that I cannot imagine how much waste this place has each day. We found a good pizza restaurant downtown which was exactly what we needed to take a break from the food. The property is also a bit dated and needs TLC. We did rent the bikes for a day to go to the caves - that was really fun. The walk to the town is super short but yet they insist on driving you - which we declined every time. The onsen was lovely however we apparently picked family weekend which made this “relaxing stay” even worse. Kids running up and down hallways. Throwing buckets in the onsen and being loud. I couldn’t believe how many kids were there and it was like they were in control - no one disciplining the bad behavior. Overall this stay is not at all worth the cost. It was by far the most expensive stay on our trip and the most disappointing. I loved Kinosaki onsen but cannot recommend this stay

Very attentive staff, serene atmosphere, and excellent food. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with many regional foods I’d never tried before. Access to the many onsen in town was simple and fast. Cute town.
