(+ Llokasi yang sangat bagus, pelayanan (terutama yang di restoran) yang ramah. Kalau naik private boat, bisa langsung turun di depan hotel. ATM persis di sebelah restoran. (-) Resepsionis hotel yang justru terkesan kurang ramah padahal dia garda terdepan dalam pelayanan menyambut tamu, sanitasi (terutama kamar mandi/WC) yang untuk saya pribadi agak menjijikkan (kami hampir memutuskan untuk pindah hotel karena itu). Sepeda yang disewakan hanya ukuran wisatawan luar negeri, pintu yang berkarat dan tidak bisa dikunci. Kamar kurang mendukung suasana liburan (tergantung selera sih).

We love the hotel. Breakfast was excellent especially the Nasi Goreng. The location is perfect especially with the sunrise just in front of the hotel. The hotel location is good, near many restaurants. The room and bathroom are nice. One of Front Office staff was not to friendly. He even mentioned his name with "Pak..." No smile and lack of information. Other staff are helpful.

Overall for the rooms are nice & clean, the only thing is the aircon. Noisy and not too cold. Foods & prices, okay. Spa & massage not recommended. The therapist is not good-skilled, the towel that they used smelled not nice. The staffs are friendly & helpful. The location is very good, a few steps for snorkeling spot. Not too far to the beach & surrounded many resto & bar. I really enjoyed my 2-night stay in Bel Air Resort and Spa.

Nice location. Nice bar and pool. Most of the staff friendly. Rooms are little strange. They are behind a wall. Not nice to sit.

Great check in experience, hearty breakfast and snorkel area right in front of the hotel as well as great bands at night made it an amazing experience!

They need to fix their wifi, WiFi is the only thing that is not working. It is pretty understandable that Gili Air is a secluded area.

They just need to be more aware to be more attentive to give more towel and mineral water.
