Room was spacious, but just ok. it's only the bathtub that made our stay extra and the smiling nice staff. Maybe if you didn't give us a free upgrade to Deluxe Aqua (Pool view) it was just a so-so stay. Pool wasn't amazing, it was dirty when we arrive with yellow slime floating, so was the beach, it was rocky not ideal for kids. The breakfast was nice but to my surprise they charge us 50% (P498.50) for my son upon check out which they didn't inform us upon check in nor upon entering the food hall on breakfast time. I am willing to pay but at least they should have let us know before hand of the extra charges. They have a free shuttle to Alona but just 1 trip per hour which you should be mindful for it will get full easily and leave even before schedule once full, so be there ahead of time. but overall, it's still a thumb up (1) Bed was King size which was very comfortable for us 2 adults and 1 kid, (2) they have free use of kayak (we weren't able to use though, and (3) I really appreciate hotels/resort with staff who don't discriminate locals from foreigners. They were really nice, always smiling, greeting us and don't just prioritize Foreigners, I felt we were treated equally.

The place is so nice. I love the pool which looks like a lagoon. The room is also nice, very cozy, and with pool-side view. The food is also commendable. The beach is rocky though, not sandy. And the waves were huge, so it’s not suitable for swimming. The only negative experience we had was the service, especially at the reception area. The staff seem to favor foreign tourists during check-in or check-out. They tend to ignore Filipinos/locals, and prioritize the foreigners.

Everything was perfect and we were well taken care off. The only downside is the beach line. We understand that it is a marine protected area but a small beachline with nice sandy shores would be nice.

For starters, a staff from the Front Desk made us wait for 3 hours before we were able to access our room. She also promised to have our luggage brought to the room, but failed to do so. Seemed like 3 hours wasn’t enough to give her a head start. Our room was infested with huge mosquitoes, and that is not an exaggeration! The bathroom floor was also quite dirty/ stained and the bidet was leaking. When we went to Bridge restaurant for dinner, there were more unavailable dishes than available ones! Even our transport to the airport which costed us P800 was also bungled up! The driver of the van that was supposedly assigned to us didn’t know that our destination was the airport! We had to instruct him too! 😡

A sea krait almost attacked us. Not happy with that. There was no one looking and warning us that there are sea kraits lurking around in the rocks and we were not even that far from the shore. Terrible experience. When we told the guard, they were not surprised and they just said, yes there are sea kraits as if that's normal... Sea Kraits are poisonous and deadly and it almost bit me! Disappointed

Stayed last weekend, one of the best customer service resort, every staff you met greets you with there warmest smile. There staff trained best on customer service. I would like to extend my appreciation the team on the cake surprise they deliver to our room. They should improve little on there communication on relaying some instructions but nevertheless it is one of my best experience here in bohol. Cons, They should improve little on there food and unfortunately no beachfront but still this resort is excellent and remarkable.

It was ok. Our room was spacious. Ambiance was very calming. Decors were good too. But breakfast and pool were average. There were only very limited choices for room service. Beach/pool towels were also not provided. But overall, we still had fun in our stay there.

All the staffs are friendly! Rooms are clean and the place was quite, perfect for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Staffs are friendly. Love our room. My 3 yr. old kid enjoyed playing at the swimming pool and kids camp.

The place was so nice and quiet. I recommend this place to those individual who wanted to take a break away from all the noise in the city. This the perfect place for you to think and take a rest. The staffs were so accommodating also.All in all t'was an amazing experience staying in Be Grand Resort.
