A little small not worth it.

Clean room and easy check in. Breakfast was good and convenient. Pool area nice and clean

Front desk not friendly at all couldn’t even check earlier when they’re an hour early. They won’t let me in which is fine I understand but when I checked out, I gave them two hours early. How nice is that? Got charged for amenities $22 per night additional from the hotel stay which I wasn’t aware of and never have happened to me. The gym was not even available till 9 AM. Most hotels has availability 24 seven with your card key. This one they had a card key but they will lock the gym until 9 AM which was NOT! convenient. I like to go to the gym at 7AM and wasn’t able to, maids don’t don’t know how to knock the doors they just walk in on you just because they have the key very unprofessional. They need to get trained better. carpeting was dirty in my room and on the elevators as well. My room phone had no service. I had to go at the front desk and ask they came up and looked at it will take care of it and never happened. Had to used my own personal phone to call for towels . Will NEVER stay at the Wyndham hotel ever. and those pictures online they are too good to be true especially the pool.

It was very nice, clean, we did not really have much staff interaction which I like.

The hotel is clean and updated. The staff were a bit aloof. Not sure if it’s policy or our room was just missed but it didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. Lots of swimming meant lots of wet towels and swim suits with limited areas to hang anything. Overall a decent enough place to stay - we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub quite a bit. The continental breakfast was as expected.

Loved the indoor and outdoor options for the pools. Water was warm and they were very clean. Towels were provided and they were always well stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom area a bit too small. Breakfast was good, would like some yogurt and juice options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the 24hr adults swim. We spent most of our time across the street at kahlahari. Perfect location to shop, eat and play at mt Olympus

Stayed here for two nights during the first week of summer break. Lots of pros- very clean!, the pools are great for the kiddos and there’s a hot tub for us parents, good location, lots of food options close by, free breakfast, and very nice staff. Just a couple things- our beds were a little older and squeaky- not the mattresses but the actual beds. Also, the juice machine was out of order durin

Friendly staff; good beds; a heated pool.

This is our second year of staying at this property. The breakfast has lots of options with the quality above similar priced hotels. The rooms are functional & clean. The staff is friendly. Love both the indoor & outdoor pools.
