Excellent property. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The views are beautiful. The rooms were spacious with balconies and a free standing tub. We stayed five days for my son's wedding and it was fairytale like. Enjoyed breakfast and the spa services. The hotel did not disappoint. It is a bit out from the main city. But the hotel has a boulevard of restaurants and shops across the street, a golf course, gym and golf carts for rent. Overall the family loved it. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The pictures advertised are false because the presidential family suite did not come with a jakuzi amd walking closet as displayed.

Punta Diamante Hotel at Ruitoque Condominium is a great place to stay, however, as a non-resident Colombian I was charge for the IVA, which other hotels in the country did not charged as I told them a was a non-resident.

Excellent, beautiful property . I wish more of the wait staff in the restaurants spoke English. Excellent service for housekeeping and laundry service for our wedding party. Loved the pickle ball and golf was challenging but beautiful course. Beds a little too firm but ok ! Loved the doorman, great service. Front desk was ok; perhaps a little reserved but got the job done and very polite and professional. Nice salon . Unbelievably great spa!
