地理位置优越，就在电车站前，位于CBD区域，那里有很多餐饮选择，而且去哪儿都很近。然而，由于是一栋老建筑，清洁度略有不足，如果需要打扫房间，需要提前预约清洁服务。不过总的来说，还不错，因为我们大部分时间都在外面，很少待在房间里。

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD next to Flinders Street Station. Entered the room but it hadn't been cleaned yet; Reception asked me to another room. This room was better than the previous one, but the bathtub drain is clogged. The AC is really cold, and there's no remote for the TV. I live in the suburb and stayed here only for watching fireworks at the Moomba Festival.

Tempat yang sangat bagus untuk menginap bagi traveler, karena di pusat kota Melbourne, keluar dari hotel langsung ketemu banyak orang yang jalan-jalan atau shopping di Melbourne.

For us, the location of the motel is its biggest point as it is walking distance to Flinders Street Station and major shopping streets and eateries. A tram station is also right in front of the motel. We arrived early and the staff at the reception kept our luggage for us as we couldn't check in. However, when we arrived later at 3pm to check in, we found the reception empty and we had to call the number given for the staff to come and check us in. 🌟 A tip to anyone using esims like us and couldn't call any landline numbers, the TELSTRA payphone in front of the tram station can be used to call for free. And that's what we did to get the staff to come downstairs to check us in. Overall, our room was spacious but the cleanliness can be improved, especially the bedsheets as we could still see some stains on ours. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice place to rest with low price.

Very close to Flinders Station and Federation square. In the CBD area, easy to go around city. Discounted parking at Wilson parking on 172 or 192 Flinders st is available. Price is good. Good for those who just want to go around town.

Had a phone and a couple hundred dollars worth of shoes and other items stolen. Complained and got kicked out. Worst place I've been too.

这是我第一次来墨尔本，城市广场是第一次入住的绝佳选择。这里交通便利，前台的工作人员非常乐于助人。房间虽然不是很新，但设施齐全，可以放下我的两个大行李箱，而且还有空间。机场巴士的上下车点步行大约2分钟，如果你有大件行李，这里很方便。

Dekat dengan pusat kuliner dan mal, bersih, menyenangkan.

Tidak ada odol, tidak ada sikat gigi, tidak ada air siap minum.

(+) lokasi strategis pas di jantung CBD Melbourne, dekat dgn restoran Indonesia, kamar bersih lengkap dgn microwave, kulkas, pemanas air, alat mandi tersedia dengan handuk dan water heater (-) hotel tidak menyediakan pemanas ruangan, tp tersedia air con, sikat gigi dan sendal hotel tidak tersedia (but it’s not a big deal)

Hotelnya bagus dan bersih. Sangat nyaman karena terletak di pusat kota Melbourne dan hanya beberapa langkah ke flinders station dan tram stop. benar-benar sangat di memomendasikan.

Room is clean. Location is very convenient.

Hotelnya keliatan kecil tapi banyak kamarnya. Tinggal yang di single room enak kok tidak sempit. Lengkap lagi ada microwave, kulkas, toaster, setrika. Lokasi juga dekat kemana-mana depan pintu saja langsung ada tram station.

I forgot my money in the room and checked out... but they gave me my money.., they are very honest... very good service beautiful room very big washroom... Receptionist were very helpful... 😇😇😇
