Hôtel bien situé à Hakone. Le repas et petit-déjeuner traditionnel sont à essayer. La chambre fournissait un bain privatif sur le balcon et il y avait un onsen commun également.

Dinner was quite lovely. Great having a private bath on balcony. Cute couples getaway.

どのスタッフもとても気持ちの良い応対でした。温泉の泉質もよく、掛け流しでツルツルになる系。建物はおそらく古いですがリノベーションされていたり、綺麗に手入れされていて気持ちよく泊まれました。 大浴場を出たところには無料のアイスがあったり、24時間コーヒーマシンが使えたりなど気遣いが感じられました。 朝ごはんだけたべましたが、土鍋ごはんと、鉄鍋の豚汁、ご飯に合う色々な副菜、とてもおいしく満足でした。 ぜひ今度は夜ご飯付きで泊まりたいと思いました。

The staff were absolutely kind, helpful and the breakfast and dinner were also outstanding.

A bit expensive for such old rooms. Weird dark stains on the carpet in the corners of the bedroom... The sheets were clean though. The food was pretty good but not as good as some ryokans in the same price range.

Our visit to this onsen in Hakone was brief but unforgettable. The shared onsen facilities were impeccably clean, providing a relaxing experience. Our private in-room onsen was equally delightful, though it required some time to fill. The highlight of our stay was the exquisite multi-course dinner, which showcased the finest flavors of Japanese cuisine.

Located up a steep 45 degree hill, so take the hotel up on their offer when they say they will pick you up! 400m doesn’t seem far until you drag luggage up that hill in 32 degrees Celsius heat and humidity! Booked as a break from the city, and to get views of Mount Fuji from the cable car ride accessible from the nearby station. Loved our stay! Room food and staff all excellent. We should have booked longer to explore the area in more detail and loved relaxing in the open air bath.

昨日の夜、座椅子に関して意見を書いたら、今朝9時前にチェックアウトの際、意見を書いてもらってありがとうございました、と言われて、早い返答で驚きました。 朝食は温かいものはちゃんと温められて出てきました。部屋数が少ない施設は私にとって、のんびりと出来る施設なので、別邸今宵さんならまた再度泊まりに行きたいです。 これからも頑張ってください。

露天風呂が良かったです。

エントランスが独身時代に住んでいたアパートのようで、旅行に来た感はありません。 全体的に設備は古く、和室をコストを掛けずに洋室にコンバートした形跡があらゆる所見受けられ、壁紙などももう少し落ち着いたものにすればいいのに。 部屋に付いてる露天風呂はもう少し広ければ言う事ないのですが、眺めも良く気持ちよく入れました。 エレベーターは地下のボイラーからの排気なのか、ディーゼル車のような臭いが充満していて、動きも少しぎこちなくちょっと不安になります。 大浴場の広さは部屋数からすると妥当な広さではあるが、いかんせん古く薄暗く、温泉を楽しむと言うよりも身体を綺麗にする場所と割り切りが必要。 ただ食事はとても美味しく、量質共に大満足でした。特に夕食に出たミネストローネが素晴らしかった！ ホスピタリティについては可もなく不可もなくと言った感じ。 全体の印象としては、価格と見合わない施設と設備で、食事の良さがあっても3万円台前半（2名）であれば納得出来るレベルなのではないかと思いました。 プロモーション画像を見ると素晴らしいので、実際に泊まるとちょっとがっかり。

いつでも気兼ねなく入れるし、 彼と仲良くなれました。 客室露天風呂が最高でした。 ドアノブなどもとても綺麗で、朝食もいろんな種類が少しずつあり美味しかったです。 コロナ対策もしっかりしていて、いいホテルだと思います。

クチコミで食事が美味しいと参考して予約しましたが期待通りでした。雰囲気や料理ももちろん、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい、私、夜中に体調が悪くなりスタッフがお薬とお水などを持って来てくれてとってもありがたいです。 もう一つ褒めてあげたいのは浴室とお部屋に用意してあるのドライヤーは最高です、いろいろ温泉旅館回して初めていいドライヤーとの出会いです。 また利用したと思います。 宜しくお願いします。
