The experience was average. Nothing wrong with the facility nor the food. Just with the price quite high, I compare with another hot bath house I had been to, then I would not highly recommend to my friends. The food was ok, just not very impressive. The view was good, hot bath was good. They provided Japanese style clothes, just did not provide choices of design. They did not provide extra snacks nor noodle nor drinks. Nothing wrong with it. Just with other places in Japan providing these extra, I expected to have something similar. The service was good. They serve meals at room, making good privacy.

居住舒適，服務員態度很好，早晚餐食物質素很好 旅館位置比較偏遠，出入需要旅館專車接送，超過晚上7點會比較不方便，要預留回程時間，步行前往的話要上超斜的上坡非常困難…. 另外 晚餐時間也要在7點前回到飯店才能享用，很推薦行程偏排較鬆動，不介意多逗留於旅館的旅客們！

Food is amazing, very clean and great service. Plenty of hot spring facilities are available for use.

A nice two day stay in this Japanese style hotel. The private hot spring could be reserved but half an hour /day in the after 3pm, very enjoyable and relaxing. The meal includes breakfast and dinner, both are Japanese cuisine/fine dining

It’s suitable for family for those who enjoys to dine in their own room. Food portion is really good. Wi-Fi might not be too stable but you would have everything you need in room. Hot spring is comparatively smaller but there is always room for guests to enjoy hot spring anytime. Service is prompt.

A very japanese style onsen hotel with excellent service and environment

It was an excellent place I have been ever meet before. Staff are nice and friendly. We felt very warm welcome from them. We felt relaxing in this place. The whole building is installed tatami, when we step in the lobby, we can barefoot. Dinner and breakfast are very very delicious and pretty. Onsen place are very good. You can enjoy outdoor private Onsen all the night. Zen room is good to visit. It has many massage chairs for you to laying down for relaxing. I highly recommend who want relaxing and high quality service to Choose this hotel in your plan.

十分滿意酒店提供接送服務,方便住客。離開時亦提供行季寄存服務(另收費)行季可以直接送到箱根湯本站。酒店還會安排預約貨切溫泉, 每個溫泉都一定可以試到。

女將十分重視客户，入住前電郵了解你的各種需要，提供優質服務，我們是慶祝結婚周年，女將更送上祝福和禮物非常有心思。地點在山中，所以一定要約車站接送，接送人員服務非常非常好，上下車都再給一個小凳仔，方便家中家輩，服務到位用心。如果自己走路就會有些遠，但是如果是11月份紅葉滿山走路逛逛一定很美，下次11月份再去住一次。温泉水舒服，泡後在宵月亭坐一下雪景加服務員送上一杯茶(免費)，再飲杯的清酒(收費)，美好夜晚。晚餐比早餐精彩，但二餐都好吃。
