The hotel was neat, clean, and very convenient to our events in the Cleveland area. Staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was good and not the usual cereal and waffles. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size.

The pool caused rashes due to high chlorine content but was otherwise wonderful. The breakfast struggled to stay stocked a little. There was always something not available that said it was. Overall it was good. Especially on a holiday weekend.

Will definitely stay again. Most comfortable bed so far this trip!

Truly can’t say enough about this location. Everyone is always so friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool/hot tub is fabulous, and to top it off, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious (free btw too!). Whether we are visiting family or just coming for a break out of the norm, this is our go to spot!

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was clean, the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast had lots of choices.

Safe, clean, quiet hotel.

Our stay was fine . Air conditioner was loud . Got soft pillows . Asked after a week and they got me firm . The staff was great from reception to breakfast to housekeeping .

The awesome pool area. Our grandson was on spring break and loved it. The breakfast was good as well as the surprise afternoon cookies.

Checking in the guy was great..checking out though the lady was very rude! My daughter was swimming and i went to turn my keys in because we were going to leave from the pool. Well the lady at the front desk asked me if we were swimming i said yes but i didnt want to hold up a room since we were done with it. She said you cannot turn in your key until your out of the pool. I said oh really i did not know that. I asked her what the latest i could check out she said 1130 without being charged another night. I said ok. And the attitude she had when saying it was what bothered me...at 1130 i went back up there to turn my keys in and she said is everyone out of the pool (real snoody) i advised yes they are here with me. And that was it.

This was a great place for a get away. Brought the kids to swim. The pool was big with a seperate place for smaller kids to play as well. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Continental breakfast included had a little bit of everything you may like. We will definitely be back.

Sunday morning concierge was very helpful.
