我在银座大和罗伊内特酒店（Daiwa Roynet Hotel Premier）住了九晚，体验非常棒。酒店员工非常热情周到，即使英语水平有限，他们也尽力与我们沟通，并在我们需要时提供帮助。其次，在日本，清洁卫生绝对无需担心。床铺、浴室、走廊、餐厅甚至公共卫生间等公共区域都一尘不染。事实上，每次客房清洁后回到房间，都感觉像入住第一天一样干净整洁。早餐也很棒！种类丰富，以西式菜肴为主，也有一些传统的日式美食。所有食物都很美味，尤其是烤鱼。不过，如果你像我一样住得比较长，早餐菜单每天都差不多，所以到了第五六天可能会觉得有点单调。如果你介意这一点，我建议你每天购买早餐券。酒店位置也很便利，步行即可到达主要地铁站和购物区。由于酒店位于办公楼群内，所以晚上非常安静，进出大楼时也不会感到拥挤。我真心希望下次去日本时，他们的价格还能保持不变。

工作人员很棒，从出租车到行李搬运，他们帮助我们解决各种需求。

Clean and Convenient Stay Near Ginza. This hotel is spotless and conveniently located, with a 7-Eleven right in front for quick and easy access. The cleaning staff is awesome. Always have clean towels and pajamas, and the amenities are so nice. Love the bathroom the most. Best with the rain shower, bathtub, and bath salts available. No leaking from shower to toilet area.

Kita total menginap 5 malam. (3 kamar) 3 malam kamar tidak di bersih kan. Karena economy plan (no cleaning) karena agen kami juga tidak tahu? Kami minta 1 hari di bersih kan.{pihak hotel juga nggak bisa) tidak memberi ke bijaksanaan. Mohon ada kebijaksaan kalau ada tamu mengalami kesulitan. Semoga Daiwa Roynet bisa memuaskan tamu.

Good hotel, location near ginza and room very clean.

It was a nice hotel which located in a nice area, in front of the hotel there is a 24/7 Sevel and drug store. But somehow the service is not as good as japanese hotel in general, but compare to normal hotel its already a really good hotel. Everything is so clean, the room is not smelly. The amenities is very complete even they provide the bath salt, but you have to take it in the lobby. Overall I have a nice experience but compare to other hotel in Japan that I've been stayed, the service is not that good.

Good location, they thought of everything in the room, automatic toilet seat, flush, complete toilet amenities, bath tub, etc. Room is not big but properly designed. Recommended if you are travelling solo.
