位置便利，入住和退房快捷。干净。空调无法调节温度，所以虽然酒店告知了我们，但还是有点冷。

网速慢，做好准备

位置很好，但是房间里有一股难闻的气味。

隔音效果不好。我们可以听到外面、隔壁房间、楼上的一切。晚上很奇怪。空调无法调节。我们入住的那天，天气太冷了。我必须关掉空调，所以厕所有难闻的味道。但位置很好。靠近捷运（西门站 4 号出口）。早餐很美味。

I have 4 night in midtown, we have 1 night with broken AC, very hot the whole night already complain and only ask to wait till tomorrow without any compliment or extra services.

ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง โซฟายุบตัวค่อนข้างมาก มีเสียงท่อน้ำดังเกือบตลอดเวลา

ห้องพักดูเก่ามาก ถ้าติด wallpaper อันใหม่ก็น่าจะทำให้ดูดีขึ้น พรมมีคราบมากมายตั้งแต่ทางเดิน Hallway และในห้องนอน เชื้อราตามขอบห้องอาบน้ำมีให้เห็น และเนื่องจากห้องไม่มีหน้าต่าง ค่อนข้างมีกลิ่นบางอย่าง โดยเฉพาะหัวนอนฝั่งห้องน้ำ โดยรวมเรียกว่านอนได้ แต่รู้สึกไม่อยากกลับห้องอยากอยู่ข้างนอกห้องพักมากกว่า ถ้าปรับปรุงให้สะอาดจะดีมากค่ะ

Very old hotel (desk chair spoil), cleanness need to improve, yellowish on towel ….

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี เดินทางสะดวก ติดmrt อยู่ใจกลางเมืองและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งย่านซีเหมินติง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องครบครัน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย แต่ข้อเสียคือได้ห้องพักชั้นที่ 12… ห้องพักไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง wifi เชื่อมต่อได้ แต่ไม่สามารถใช้งานinternetได้ พื้นพรมไม่ค่อยสะอาด ฝุ่นเยอะ

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ximen ทางออกที่4 มีบันไดเลื่อน ห้องดีสะอาด น่าอยู่ พนักงานบริการดี ช่วยเหลือได้ดี พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้

Great hotel stay experience, will definitely be back again.

Hotel is really nice the design is superb. Location is really good mtr is exit 4 is just few steps away this will lead you to green line and blue line. I will rate is as 9/10. Its shoulder be perfect but hot water in shower is that not working well. Highly recommend though 👌.

The app stated high floor and side by side room, end up give is lowest floor, room service is good just that they never sweep the floor. Overall 6/10.

It was my first experience of staying here. Nice location, easy to travel out of other location. Just that the wifi is very weak and slow.

Room is small and carpet is old. There are flies inside the room, which is terrible. Very stifle feeling.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is very near, only 150m to xi men station. 200m to xi men ding area. The hotel is big and always packed.

โรงแรมทำเลดีมากค่ะ สะดวกสะบาย ห้องนอนสะอาดค่ะ ไม่เล็กมาก หน้าต่างบานใหญ่กำลังดีค่ะ แต่รู้สึกเหมือนพนักงานไม่ค่อยอัธยาศัยดีเลยค่ะ เราจองไป 3 คน รวมอาหารเช้า พอไปถึงพนักงานบอกให้อาหารเช้าแค่ 2 คน เพราะเป็นห้องสำหรับ 2 คนแต่เพิ่มเตียงให้ แต่เราบอกเราจองห้องใหญ่ไปเลยนะ แล้วอาหารเช้าไปหลายประเทศไม่เคยได้แค่ 2 ได้ตามจำนวนคนเข้าพักตลอด สุดท้ายยังไงพนักงานก็ไม่ยอม บอกถ้าอยากได้เพิ่มต้องจ่ายเงิน โชคดีที่ทางเราปริ้นใบบุ๊คกิ้งไป ในเอกสารมีระบุอาหารเช้าไว้สำหรับ 3 ท่าน ทางโรงแรมถึงยอมและของในห้องพักให้แค่สำหรับสองชุด เราจึงต้องไปขอเพิ่มทุกอย่าง

I like the fact that my room was quite spacious and clean enough. I like things that looked new and the furniture in my room were considered new. The breakfast was quite good with various items. I appreciate that the waitress kept on moving around the tables to take dirty utensils. But of course the thing that I like the most is its location. This hotel is next to Exit 4 of Ximen MRT station. It is very convenient. And it is within walking distance to Ximending night market and surrounded by many places including 7/11. But I guess there is always room for improvement. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Hope the hotel manager can really take care of it, clean the carpet properly so it would not be dusty and contain stains.
