This hotel is filled with lazy and lying people. Upon check in we were told we can have an additional person stay with us. Only to come back FOUR days later -- with only 2 nights left -- demanding $530 for the additional person. Called the cops on us after attempting to hold our belongings hostage. The cops literally could not do anything so they left annoyed. On top of that, our toilet stopped working. We complained everyday and NOTHING was done. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Every time, we went from the 8th floor to the lobby to use the restroom. The ceiling was also leaking and moldy. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Meu quarto foi alagado na primeira noite, eu fui transferido de e quanto e depois retornei pro meu, porém o desconforto foi inevitável

A estrutura física do hotel é boa mas todos os setores onde há algum tipo de atendimento da equipe do hotel é terrivelmente ruim, em especial a grosseria de alguns funcionários

Gostei muito da atenção e educação de todos os funcionários desde a recepção ao café. Café vasto e de qualidade, no quarto adorei que tem sabonete e shampoo para usarmos além de secador de cabelo. Piscina , bar e área agradavel para ficar e levar um ventinho a noite apreciando a vista de CopacabanaCcpnsideraco

Habitacion y servicios malos. El aire acondicionado no funciona y con el calor de rio de janeiro es horrible estar en la habitacion. En el frigobar habia botellas de agua abiertas y rellenadas. El wifi muy malo incluso sin servicio en momentos. No lo recomiendo.

i had a great time staying at this hotel! i loveddd that it was so close to the beach & it really helped since i was there for new years. it was only 3ish blocks away! alexandre checked me in & he was such a pleasure! i loved speaking with him & i was always happy to see him when i was coming in & out of the hotel. i had a mishap with leaving my jacket in the back of a fuber (fake uber) & the next day after my stay, daniela helped me & confirmed that it was returned! she was very sweet & she also helped me at check out & keeping my bag stored away when i wanted to leave my stuff there before my flight!

Nos quedamos en la habitacion 1303 y estaba perfecta . Una cama grande y comoda. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Solo cambian las toallas cada dos dias que seria lo unico que no me gusto ya que prefiero una toalla nueva yodos los dias para ducharme.

Equipe com atendimento ótimo, muito prestativo todos. O quarto estava perfeito, somente o secador de cabelo não funcionava, o restante tudo conforme o anúncio.

We got placed in a room that looked like it was run down, molding and seriously unclean. the ac would leak constantly from the ceiling and drip close to the bed and the amount of times we called maintenance it was never getting fixed right even if they brought someone out. The sink and toilet would clog constantly as well.

O atendimento na recepção e no café da manhã foram fantásticos, especialmente pelo Alexandre! A localização é ótima, perto da praia e se vários restaurantes.

O quarto estava organizado e a equipe muito solicita.
