The front desk staff was rude, the guy!! The restaurant not open, maybe it should be stated online. Room, dated and smelled.

I loved the trout stream winding through the back yard. Very peaceful. I could do without the casino though.

Although the hotel is a little dated, it was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Bed was comfortable, the A/C unit was from this century and didn't sound like a small aircraft when it ran. The only disappointment was the restaurant on site was closed for renovation, so there were no on-site dining options. Would definitely stay here again

Room smelled like smoke, but staff was nice and moved us to new room. Hotel was quiet, and having creek by patio was nice. Website shows pizza resturant and bar on site, it was all gone. That was dissappointing because we planned to eat on site.

Room was clean and hotel was nice. Peaceful river with a nice patio to listen and relax for Morning coffee!

The receptionist was very helpful and accomodating. It was an old hotel but was nice and clean.

Just getting old

Hotel was not as represented by photos on internet. We were there for 4 days and room was never cleaned. We asked for additional towels on day 3 because air conditioner did not remove sufficient humidity to dry used towels. 4 days of wet towels accumulated in bathroom. Sign in batg said rooms were serviced every 3days but our was not. Very disappointing. Will not recommend.

Quiet area away from main street Deadwood, tolley comes every 30 minutes. Comfortable beds.

Not very clean and smelled of cigarettes. Multiple maintenance needs such as bad ceiling tiles, shower curtain rod detaching from wall, bathroom fan badly rattling. The hot tub had a nasty film build-up on the tiles and so was unusable. I would not stay here again, and would look for somewhere closer to downtown that was hopefully cleaner.

Extra bed was good as we were traveling with teenagers. Trolley pickup to downtown was handy.

Rooms were booked months in advance for stay during long cross-country trip. When we arrived, the entire casino was down for the day and night, as was the restaurant. We had zero access to either of the thinga that the location was chosen for. The location 'looked' like it had the potential to be great. Its possible i may give them another shot next time we're in that area.

This place was so cool and conveniently located in deadwood. The river views and trail access was awesome! They were very accommodating as we got in late the first night and were hungry. Rooms were spacious and while we didn’t visit it, there was a restaurant and casino on the property!

Nice stay. Off the strip in Deadwood. Would stay here again.

Our stay was nice, only thing that was an issue was our room was very muggy all the time. Even with the AC,a personal fan we brong with us and the window open. It was so damp you could just feel it on everything!!! That room need major ventilation done ASAP! We stayed for 6 days, and left during the day so there was plenty of time to it to dry out!!

Very nice stay, one night. No food service avaliable, although snack machines. Check in was a verynice young man,accomodating. Would have liked a view of the stream and woods, not the parking lot. Would stay again.

The trolley stops there and you can pay to take it downtown very convenient. Room carpet and pullout couch could use a deep clean.

The room was nice .. clean .. comfortable bed .. but the first impression when entering the front door was poor .. the entrance door was uninviting .. you walk right into the casino .. dark .. seemed run down .. check in counter was outdated .. the restaurant was there but not open for business .. the bar was small .. bottom line .. the room was nice but the rest of the place was poor .. would not go back again unless lots of remodeling is done
