The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off completely in the hallway, which was not safe. I do not recommend this hotel.

No wifi at the room, only at the lobby. There is nothing much around to see. We stayed there on our way to Fes, after visiting the waterfalls in Ouzoud.
