This hotel was so bad. The room was filthy-really disgusting. Orange slime mild and black fuzzy mild in the grout in the shower, greasy dirt build up in the corners and in the wall trim, the hard floors were filthy and the carpet was stained. The metal surfaces were rusted, and one of the chairs looked like it had been shredded by an animal-cracked, peeling, and the metal screws poked through the seat. The curtains were stained, too. The A/C had a motion detected on/off system, so it went off in the middle of the night and the room got so hot and humid they I was up three times in the middle of the night to wave my hand in front of the motion detector. The room also smelled like dog. It was really awful-the worse room I have stayed in ever. It was also expensive because we were there for move-in at Auburn. It really is unscrupulous to charge that much money for the terrible amenities. I do have to say that the front seat staff was fine. Competent, efficient, and kind. I actually feel sorry for them having to work there. Either the cleaning staff is incompetent and management never checks the rooms, or they are intentionally not cleaning between customers and they do not care. Bare bones, no maid service unless you are there for seven days, and really worn, dirty rooms. I am thankful I travel with Lysol spray, Clorox wipes, and alcohol wipes. Even so we put garbage bags in the seats of the other beat up chair and the recliner to sit on. I wish I could submit pictures.

The property is out dated for the price paid (seems more like a motel than a hotel) looks like recently painted but that’s all. Strong smell of mildew as soon as you go into the property. My room was on the 3rd floor and ac was not on in the hallway. The room had a strong smell of mold, fridge not connected, light fixtures rusted, carpet had wetness (needed to use my flip flops or shoes to walk around). Overall disappointed for the price range.

There was mold all in the bathroom. I have breathing problems so I did not even stay the night. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

We have been here at this property unexpectedly. We have found it to be nothing under extraordinary!!! The staff on every shift have been absolutely amazing with anything we have needed at all!!! The property has been really accommodating. We are truly grateful!!

Get the cleaning ladies to quit slamming doors at 7 am every morning

Even though the elevator is out (being fixed asap) we have still enjoyed our stay. Clean, affordable & pet friendly!

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The water did not get very hot. The elevator is broken. No breakfast food of any quality was offered.

First off the strong smell in the building is offensive. The elevator was out so we walked our luggage up to the second floor. He did offer to help with the luggage. No discount offered. Light directly over bathroom sink was out. Not a big issue but I looked down at the sink overflow - yuck! Black mold. The bath tub or the bath mat or both look dirty.

Elevator was out of service during our 2 night visit. Carrying our luggage upstairs to the 2nd floor room was an inconvenience. Kitchen sink leaked onto the floor

Clean. Helpful staff. Elevator was not working so had to bag drag to 3rd floor but staff offered to help.

Hotel was conveniently located. Off main highway - easy to find. Hotel is nice, but leans toward more utilitarian usage....rooms are OK, but rather stark, and dark - definitely set up for business purposes. Definitely not plush nor luxury in planning. Bed was comfortable, bathroom adequate and clean, but needing some fixtures replaced maybe.
