The staff in the reception is really helpful despite their limitation in conversing in English. They use a translation application to communicate with me. The lady helped me with the luggage since there is a small 3-step stairs before the lobby. The male receptionist helped me with taxi booking. Since I bring heavy luggages, I prefer to ride a taxi back to Seoul, and after several rejections from the taxi company, he succeeded to book my taxi with waiting time. The amenities are also great, they even provide a face mask sheet daily. Most importantly, the toilet has a bidet! The hotel location is also quite good, if you only bring light luggage, it is near the intercity bus stop from Seoul and only walking distance to Janganmun gate after passing by shops with delicious fruits and tteok options.
