The staff in the reception is really helpfull despite their limitation in conversing in English, they use translation application to communicate with me. The lady help me with the luggage since there is a small 3 step stairs before the lobby. The male receptionist helping me with taxi booking. Since I bring heavy luggages, I prefer ride taxi back to Seoul, and after several rejection from the taxi company, he succeed to boox my taxi with waiting time. The amenities is also great, they even provide facemask sheet daily. Most importantly, the toilet has bidet! The hotel location is also quite good, if you only bring light luggage, it is near the intercity bus stop from Seoul. And only walking distances to Janganmun gate after passing by shops with delicious fruits and tteok options.
