这家酒店真是太糟糕了。我下午5点才拿到房间，结果等了两个小时。 泳池很脏，根本没法游泳。第一天泳池5点开放，我却被告知6点半就得离开。第二天泳池就关了。 这里真的太差劲了，根本不值得来，设施也很简陋。 房间里的电视打不开，没有冰箱，窗锁也坏了。真是倒霉透了。

I had a family emergency in Johor and could not stay at the Resort. I know this was an unrefunded booking. I requested for a refund or an open reschedule but the Resort refused even though all appropriate documents were provided for validity as requested.

Environment is good and the the view awesome.

Although the furniture is old, that doesn't bother me at all. The friendliness of the staff begins from security till receptionist. Easy and fast check-in and check-out. I booked 2 bedrooms deluxe, the space is spacious for family. Clean beach. Easy to get foods surrounding the hotel.

Perlu tambah baik hiasan bilik. Tekanan air rendah di bilik air Utama.

Good place to stay with family.

The room not worth with the value, room was too old and floor very dirty, we must wear shoe at room. Breakfast price not cheap but just got little choice foods to eat. Staff services also very slow, need request extra one pillow also need charge. So disappointed for this holiday.

Stayed here for 1 night. Spacious dan clean room despite of old furnitures. But overall is good. Our room facing the pool & beach. Love it!

So far so good 👍🏻 in shaa Allah ada rezeki bole repeat lagi 🌹.

Tempat menarik, bilik yang kemas, ruang hotel yang selesa, makanan sarapan sangat sedap. Terima kasih, kami berminat untuk menginap lagi jika ke Port Dickson.

Aircon does not work. Wallpaper comes off. Old used-up furniture. Makes a shaby impression. Elevater smells. Etc.

Penginapan berdekatan dengan pantai, staff mesra pelanggan, bilik bersih cuma pihak pengurusan kene sediakan seterika dan papan penggosok di setiap unit bilik. Keadaan semasa dah berubah, jenuh pula kene bawa pakaian turun dari tingkat 4 ke tingkat 1 untuk menggosok, lain-lain kemudahan oke, memuaskan hati.

Hotel yang sesuai untuk penginapan keluarga, mempunyai kolam mandi kanak-kanak dan pantai yang bersih dan cantik.

Pintu rosak, econ rosak, tahap kebersihan sangat teruk, staf tidak friendly

Got private beach, friendly staffs, everything is perfect for a short getaway. Not that far to the PD town and Teluk Kemang. No issue at all, will repeat again in the future.

Room nice and have a lot of space. But the air conditioning seems like it needs to be fixed.

Percutian yang merehatkan. Bilik yang luas, cuma agak kecewa degan pantai berhampiran hotel yang agak kotor. sebelum ni tidur dit sini tak de pulak pantai tu sekotor ini

It's great holiday season for 3 days 2 night in bayu beach resort, good relaxing environment, and nice customer service. I'll miss this place so much.

Water heater is broken, the hallway is so dim, dining area got lots of mosquitoes and flies. Also the foods keep hovering by the flies, it disgusts me for real.
