We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were of good quality. A big plus was that no one reserved sun loungers by the pool, which made the atmosphere much more relaxed. The town itself is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a lovely beach and a supermarket close by. With good walking shoes, it’s not far at all to Puerto Rico, and there is also a direct bus that’s easy to use. The hotel staff are always happy to help with directions or transport. There is live music every evening after dinner in the lounge bar. It can be a bit loud and can be heard in the rooms, but thankfully there is a reasonable end time, so it didn’t disturb us too much. The bars are great — the staff work quickly and really try to make everyone happy without letting anyone wait too long. The buffet is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a very wide and varied selection, so there is truly something for everyone. A special mention goes to Airam in the lounge bar — super friendly, amazing drinks, and such a great vibe. He sang along to the music and had an incredibly positive and fun personality that really stood out.

Die Lage und der Blick sind einfach traumhaft, das Personal ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, leider fehlen ein paar Haken an den Wänden.

Was a nice hotel. The live entertainment was ok but loud at times. The music by the pool very old fashioned and a bit too loud at times. The pool not being heated was the biggest disappointment, going in late november meant it was just too cold to use. Rooftop bar was excellent. Food was excellent.

Loved the hotel and most of the staff were amazing albeit an older lady on check in/out wasn’t over friendly but we didn’t let her manor upset our holiday everyone else made up for her. The cleaners were also lovely and friendly

Mycket trevligt första bemötande i reception. Fick rum högst upp med fantastisk utsikt.

Das Zimmer war gut. Das Personal schien ab und zu überfordert. Vermutlich zu wenig Personal. Die erhaltene Information beim Check-In war dürftig. Es hatte sich auch niemand angeboten beim Gepäck zu helfen, obwohl meine Frau in den ersten Tagen eine Krücke benutzen musste. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ok. Manchmal fehlt etwas die Abwechslung. Beim Check-In wissen wie darauf hinreisen, dass es einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gibt aber nicht, dass man 100 m weiter kostenlos parken kann. Information über Ausflüge etc fehlte auch. Alles nicht weiter tragisch, aber bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwartet man etwas mehr.

Belle vue sur la mer , belle chambre bien aménagée. Parking à l'extérieur payant à la journée et pas d'accès direct à la réception depuis le parking. Le réapprovisionnement en petites dosettes de café est payant après le premier jour, je trouve cela anormal car chaque nuit est payée donc pourquoi ne pas avoir le même service que le premier jour ? Sinon hôtel très agréable, buffet de petit déjeuner et demi pension très bons avec beaucoup de diversité et de choix .

Be aware with the lack of free parking. There is an outside parking paying fee is 6€ for a day I requested on hotels.com a quiet room ..not close to the elevator and they gave me the one opposite the lifts. Pillows a bit uncomfortable Good breakfast and good to have the pool. The beach did not look appealing

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Food is average and allergies are not taken seriously. We have grain allergy and it would be nice to have signs to tell what is included in the food portions. Food overall was just basic. The hotel is rather loud both during a day time because of the pool bar and during the evening/night because of the bar and loud people. The rooms don't have any sound proofing. In case you want to sleep before midnight, ask room away from evening bar. There is no parking available by the hotel. Instead there is street parking. It is not possible to drop luggage with car next to the hotel door either. We checked our bed linen with UV light and unfortunately those were dirty. We asked the housekeeping to change them but the new ones were also a bit dirty. Unfortunately the hotel seems to attract people who stays in the hotel premises all week just drinking more or less all the time. Positives... scenery is beuatiful and gym is okay. Room layout and shower are nice, but since the bathroom wall is made of glass it is impossible to use toilet, with lights on, in the night without others in the room to wake up.

Chambres rénovées. Le design est élégant mais comme dans beaucoup de rénovations oublie le côté pratique (pas de placards ni tiroirs). Coffre gratuit. Proche de la plage. Chambres du RDC agréable avec solarium. Bon petit déjeuner. Dîner moyen. Service aimable sauf exception.

Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice balconies that look out to sea. Pool area is also nice, however is split in two with the 'beach club'. The beach club itself has balinese beds which cost €35 for the day. Whilst not extortionate the small pool and slightly nicer lounging space doesn't really merit the extra cost as you don't get any other real benefits for being in the area. There is some building work happening right now in front of the hotel where they appear to be making a new beach area (not sure if this is part of the hotel or not), which mostly wasn't that disruptive other than 2 mornings at the start of the holiday where a digger was placing the sand. All in all a very good 4 star hotel and excellently located for driving or getting a bus to the very nice Puerto de Morgan or Maspalomas whilst being in a more quiet and secluded area. Ideal for our winter sun week.

The stay was lovely, food was fantastic, staff very friendly and kind, hotel very clean and tidy. Our bed was not very comfortable but this was the only slight issue we had. Thank you for looking after us.

Room with a sea view and balcony - falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking in the morning to the sound of waves, gorgeous. Not disturbed by anyone or anything yet knowing staff were always available if required for anything. I would certainly stay here again.

Skønt hotel! Smagfuldt indrettet ! Dejlig pool område med snack bar og placeret helt ud til vandet. Sandstrand lige ved siden af!! Meget venligt og hjælpsom personale der er veltalende på engelsk!! Madenlækker og anrettet indbydende i skønne omgivelser ! Alt i alt en dejlig miniferie på et skønt hotel!
