Accueil très professionnel mais minimaliste du point de vue des informations transmises. Chambre impeccable et spacieuse, mais mauvaise insonorisation des conduites sanitaires (on entend très fort quand quelqu'un se douche ou utilise les toilettes dans les chambres au-dessus). Buffet petit déjeuner correct mais suffisant, avec les denrées chaudes servies à la demande; ce qui est appréciable. Les horaires d'ouverture du SPA et du fitness sont un peu trop courts pour pouvoir en profiter réellement (en fin de journée seulement, dont une bonne partie pendant l'heure du repas). Hormis l'accueil, personnel très souriant et avenant.

Camera 107. Alle 00.30 stava ancora ascoltando la televisione della camera a fianco a livelli di volume altissimi. Alle 5:00 di mattina rumori di ante che sbattevano senza un minimo di rispetto. Alle 6:45 mi sono svegliato con la stessa sveglia della telefonata in camera sempre della camera 109. Avere un bell'hotel con tanti servizi ma non poter riposare allora è inutile penso sarà la mia ultima volta al Napoleon. PS : avevo anche le lenzuola bucherellate

It is always a pleasure to stay at Hotel Napoleon in Cherasco. The hotel is lovely, modern, quiet and the rooms are ideal for a good night of sleep after a long day. The breakfast is also amazing, delicious food with a high quality standard. The service in general is the best part of it, the staff is brilliant, and it is what make me to return to Napoleon everytime I visit Cherasco. I highly recommend Hotel Napoleon in Cherasco.

Fint hotell med hyggelig betjening. Kort vei (5 min) å gå inn i sentrum av Cherasco.

Habitación grande y limpia. Buen desayuno y personal excelente.

Hotel très bien placé pour visiter la région. il est très propre, moderne et le personnel est serviable. Le petit déjeuner est super.
