Very helpful staff and nice quiet restaurant

All around wonderful stay

Clean room. Nice and quiet.

Upon arrival and checkout the staff was hard to locate. The room was not stocked with basics like hand soap, the room carpet was sticky to walk on and the bed sheets had stains on them. Overall would not recommend. I was disappointed and was expecting a nicer stay based on previous reviews.

The check in was not great. Room wasn’t ready even though we checked in after the check in time. The staff member seemed to be busy doing other things and didn’t have a lot of time for us.

I am deeply shocked and humiliated by the treatment I received during check-in at Radisson Hotel Edmonton Airport. I had a prepaid reservation through Expedia and accidentally forgot my wallet with my physical ID. I honestly explained the situation and showed a passport photo on my phone, which the front desk manager initially accepted. However, when I tried paying the damage deposit using phone tap, he suddenly refused the transaction without physical ID. I then brought my husband’s debit card from the car, but he demanded my husband’s physical ID too. I explained I knew the PIN and was trying everything possible to cooperate. Although frustrated, I still offered to drive home and return with my ID and credit card to complete check-in properly. Instead of helping, the manager abruptly cancelled my reservation, blamed my “behavior,” threatened to place me on a “Do Not Rent” list, and refused to even provide his name when asked. I understand hotels have policies, but there was absolutely no empathy, professionalism, or respect shown. I have worked in hospitality for 15 years, and this was one of the most intimidating and degrading guest experiences I have ever faced. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly heartbroken.

Restuarant was good and staff friendly.

Staff was very helpful and all the amenities was above standard and kept clean. Shuttle buses were on time and very close to the airport.

Spacious room with a large bathroom. Quiet even though my room is facing the highway.

My say was very enjoyable.

The staff were wonderful - they went above and beyond their regular duties in finding me a charging cable for my phone. It’s not something that a hotel has at hand. However, the front desk found me one and even offered to let me use theirs! Otherwise, the hotel met expectations as far as room, cleanliness, and amenities were concerned. The onsite restaurant and the airport shuttle ( runs ever 30mins) were a big help.

Ftont desk staff was awesome. Dining room staff werre friendly, food was awesome. Will definitely stsy again.

Paid a little extra for a 1 bedroom suite- if it’s just for a couple that’s great, it was very large and spacious. But, I got it for the privacy when travelling with a young adult child in sports. There was no door!! Just a big massive opening where the king bed looked directly at the pullout sofa. Since she needs to get a proper rest and sleep early we can’t even keep our own tv on and stay up a little later.
