Very comfortable

Bathroom had a water leak and smelled horrible. Beds were hard as a rock.

Nice clean room in a quiet area. Surrounding the property is a large mowed grassy area where I could potty my dog. My only (minor) issues were: 1) the key cards kept not wanting to work, and 2) the coffee cups in the breakfast area were these cheesy little styrofoam things that collapsed when I went to put the lid on. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Staff was excellent and the property was clean and the room was we'll kept

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Then I opened the desk drawer and it contained molded food.

I was impressed with the room for the price - included a window bench with cushion over the A/C - Heat unit. Note that the mattresses are on the firm side.

Everything was OK. The room was OK.the breakfast was OK. The folks at the front desk were very nice.

So clean...immaculate ! The front desk employee was very helpful and kind. We loved staying there!

This faculty was very clean, the staff was nice, they had all listed amenities available, many restaurants right next to it, and was nicely up to date. The only minor issue was a guest’s barking dog in an adjacent room, but that’s not really the fault of the hotel. And once the attention was brought to the staff, they promptly and politely took care of the issue. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone coming to Clear Lake, and I’ll definitely stay here again myself in the future. Overall great experience!

A very clean and well maintained room with modern furniture and fixtures.

Another crappy business making you pay bank fees because they won’t except cash. Empty room next to us alarm was going off at 5 in the morning and took 15-30 minutes to get it turned off. Had to crank AC to drown it out. Bed bug clue traps stuck to my sheets when I untucked them. Was gross but I guess they were being careful. No other signs of bed bugs.

Small room but perfect for an overnight stop over. Lobby and breakfast area made a nice first impression. I would stay here again.
