wonderfully amazing experience! it's a small boutique hotel but it's got everything! friendly and helpful staff that make u feel truly welcomed. spacious and chic design. bed super comfy. steam in the shower. great breakfast in room. i couldn't recommend this gem enough! well worth every penny!!! also some great italian restaurants within minutes of walk.

服務人員十分有善，亦很樂意指導景點位置，介紹晚餐的餐廳十分好吃，而且員工都十分轉業及每次都有保持很開心的樣子，這另人客十分之快樂，酒店地點十分容易找到，因兩天都在房間吃早餐，早餐十分之豐富及多不同款式，另我十分之驚呀，房間十分大，浴室空間亦很好， 但每間套房是有蒸汽浴，但我嘗試在浴室等了30分鐘，仍沒有蒸汽出，而按掣亦有壞現像出現，第二天亦有吿知工作人員知道，他們説安排人員來維修，但回到房間後再嘗試，仍是一樣不能用，此必須留意及需要整理一下的服務，因當初我是見到有此蒸汽浴，我才訂此酒店，但最後亦不能用，此另我十分失望 但整體是可以，下次仍會選擇

We had a corner canal view suite that was lovely. Very nice room with great amenities. Very modern and well built. The staff was exceptional at helping us with all things related to our trip...local transportation, activities, etc. The breakfast was great!

Amazing staff super friendly helpful and really felt like family !!! Franco Paola and John were so incredibly wonderful went out of their way to help us in every way !!! 10/10 neighborhood so quaint and really felt like a home away from home

Can't go wrong! Delightful staff, well finished and maintained modern rooms, great location. Very accommodating of kids. Hammam and sauna are fantastic. Breakfast in the garden on a summer morning was a treat.

This travelers haven is by far one of the best we've stayed at. It's new and modern with every amenity you could ask for. Our included breakfast in our room was fabulous and we felt like royalty. So easy to ask questions about not only our stay, but the surrounding area on what to do and places to eat. It's extremely quiet and the view of the canal is stunning. It was everything you could ask for and more. The Turkish bath was incredible. On our way to our next destination, they brought us to their sister hotel where we were taken privately to the Venice train station. Don't pass this paradise by, make your next Venice reservation here!

Une suite design et très bien équipée. La douche sensorielle avec hamman est très sympa. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Petit point négatif : l isolation phonique de la chambre laisse à désirer surtout le matin d ou les 4 étoiles…

We started our dream 2 week trip to Italy at this property and enjoyed our stay so much. Despite not getting our luggage for 2 days, Franco, John and Paola took amazing care of us and helped us with fantastic directions, recommendations, reservations, and more. Highly recommend!

Bien placé . Au calme et près de bons restaurants pour le soir . Personnel très serviable et sympa (merci spécial à jean luigi) une literie excellente . Un hamman qui aide bien après les heures de marche . Seul bémol peut être pour certains c est qu il y a des bateaux qui passent sur le canal et ça peut faire un peu de bruit
