Wonderful staff, hotel was close to the central area

Tucked away in a tiny street this hotel is a gem. Perfectly clean and tidy, super helpful staff, if taking a car book a garage space.

Can’t beat the location of this quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Modena. A few steps from the main Piazza and loads of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.Parking available on site with a reservation. Clean basic rooms with all you need for a safe, quite good nights sleep. Not fancy, but good.

È un luogo di pace e bellezza, dall’atmosfera elegante, raffinata ma con semplicità. La bellezza dei dettagli semplici. Pulitissimo, confortevole, accogliente; nulla è fuori posto. Ci vado spesso e ci torno con gioia, consapevole del fatto che sanno come prendersi cura del cliente.

Struttura comoda, arredata in stile boho e centralissima. Un po'scomoda la mancanza di ascensore ma accettabile e frequente nel centro storico di Modena. La camera inizia a dar segni di anzianità: muri po' sbrecciati e puzza di umidità. Continui rumori di piatti e stoviglie dalla cucina del ristorante sotto. Mancanza di forniture: nessuno specchio a figura intera, nessun cestino in camera ma solo in bagno, nessun portatovaglie seppur ci sia lo spazio di mettere anche quello da appoggio. Personale squisito e gentilissimo, deposito bagagli disponibile e pass per ztl gratuito se richiesto. Mi piaceva molto di più qualche anno fa ma inizio a pensare che non valga il prezzo che costa. p.s. doterei le camere di una bottiglietta d'acqua gratuita.

The hotel is clean the staff is very amiable, but the walls are thin. I could hear guy next door yawning until midnight and then snoring.

Ok, but not top of the line when compared to rest of hotels where we stayed and paid about the same.

This hotel was no frills and perfect for our stay. It was cozy and cute. It was conveniently located in the center of town and walking distance to everything. The staff was beyond helpful at times with the exception of one woman who was okay. We arrived late due to some train issues and they were able to call the restaurant we had dinner reservations at and guarantee a spot for us. Some issues I can see would be the hotel has no elevator (not an issue for us but is not handicap accessible) and there was no full length mirrors in the room. I had to have my boyfriend take a picture of me to see how I looked. Additionally sometimes there was no front desk person. Regardless of these small issues, I would gladly stay here again!

Had a great stay here, would highly recommend! Staff were super helpful and lovely to talk to. I would definitely book here again.
