Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price

We stayed in one of their best room 'challet' for very expensive price. We found condition of the room (#602) to be very bad. Flooring was very noisy. Some corner of the room even had fungi (like a big one). Furnitures seemed like very old. Breakfast was just average. Toaster looked as if from an ancient time. The only good thing in the hotel was staff. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone for 8000 INR per night price. It's not even worth 4000.

Rooms were spacious and service was good. Just far from the market or city. and, lights in room were very dim.

It was a waste staying at this property. It is not value for money. The property is best avoided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location and great view from hotel room. Only problem I faced was the food order takes too much time
