酒店很寧靜、舒適。 房間整潔，員工亦很友善。 訂了飛驒牛 Shabu Shabu 晚餐，很美味！ 這次是自駕前往，如果在門外有較清晰的指示會更好。

Modern minimalist ryokan style hotel. Staff and service was excellent. Food delicious but amount sometimes overwhelming. Comfort could be hugely improved- no armchairs in the room makes it difficult to relax after a huge dinner and either talk or watch the tv or admire the scenery outside the room. Onsen bath lovely and hot. Location remote but bus service is excellent.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The views were stunning, we spent one whole day just watching the snow fall. The private onsen was relaxing and peaceful. We had breakfast each morning we were there and dinner 2 of the 3 nights we stayed and every meal was better than the last. All of the food was high quality, beautifully prepared and delicious. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, this is the best place I've ever stayed and was worth the higher cost.

I had an incredible stay at Mozumo! I wish I had stayed there longer. It was an impeccable property with incredible service. I love Mozumo and will return again.

初めて利用し、静かなひと時をすごせました。 気になった点としましては ・廊下の音が少し部屋に聞こえる ・布団があるお部屋のコンセントの電気がなかなか通らず苦戦した(結局一時的に通りましたが、朝には通っていませんでした) ・冬で外がなかなかの寒さだからか、部屋の暖房が暑すぎて寝るとき下げても暑かったです。雪が相当積もるところだからこういうものなのかな？と切って寝ました
