We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location.

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi yerde ancak tek güzel yanı bu. Öncelikle oldukça eski kalmış, bakımsız, temizliği de eh işte. Duştaki saçları bile temizlememişlerdi. Butik otel evet ama daha özenli olmasını beklerdim sonuçta 4* a sahipler. En can alıcı konu ise konaklamamız boyunca wifi bozuktu. Bu zamanda bu koşulda bir otelde kabul edilebilir değil. Beklentimi asla karşılamadı.

La cama no era muy cómoda. Hundida por el centro y el no tener parking en el propio hotel se debería de indicar. Tienen un acuerdo con un parking a 9 minutos del hotel. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena

Chambre superbe, ambiance moderne, restaurant delicieux. Attention, hôtel en zone pietonne avec difficulte d acces pour les voitures, pas de parking sur place, mais à pieds, c est super, proche place du capitole et quartier tres vivant, beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques, librairies etc...

Chambre un peu petite vu ce niveau de prix.

This hotel is very near to attractions. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is nice and accommodating. Place is clean. We have a small room but comfortable equipped with coffee machine and fridge.

We stayed there longer than expected because of the Air Canada strike. The staff were great and accommodating. The room was clean and attractive. The location is perfect. We did not use the restaurant but it looked fine.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. A great place to stay.

Pros: Location is great for exploring the city. Deluxe room is large and bed is comfortable. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom products are great. Cons: As of Sept., the property turns off air conditioning, which makes all the rooms really hot. The only way to get air is to open the windows, which lets in bugs and street noise. Housekeeper did not leave any bottled water after cleaning. One particular staff only gave me one bottle as he said only one per person. This is really petty considering the room rate I paid. The same staff also told my friend (who had her own room) that she could not get hot water from the bar as it would be a paid service. Again very petty.
