Overall Ratings & Reviews Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station

We stayed at this hotel for transit before taking the shinkansen. Very close to the train station. Just walk +/- 50 meters and arrive at McDonald's, which is at the north exit of the station. The hotel has drinking water stations on each floor.

Comfy bed and pillow, lots of toiletries so basically no need to bring your own, hairdryer is so helpful with ion (i almost bring home ;p just kidding) very near to station and shops very convenient, premium location. Overall very satisfied, wish could stay longer.

Front desk staffs were very helpful. We checked in in the middle of the night. English spoken staffs were quick to attend to our needs of more bottle water to our rooms. Informative regarding Marriott member benefits. Rooms are spacious, clean, amenities were great (band aid is a bonus point). Location is great, nothing to complain really. Having a swimming pool would really be a plus point, in my opinion.

Very comfortable. This is my second time at this hotel. The receptionist is very friendly, I got upgrade because when I’m check in it’s my birthday. The room is very very cozy. The hotel location is very near with shin-osaka Station, just cross the streets. Very recommended hotel

Lokasinya yang bersebelahan dg Shin-Osaka Station merupakan hotel yg sangat strategis, kita bisa dg mudah naik train untuk ke berbagai destinasi wisata yg menarik di Osaka, bahkan kalo mau ke kota kota lain, seperti ke Kyoto, tinggal naik JR West, sampe deh kesana. Mau ke Tokyo sekalipun, tinggal naik kereta Shinkansen....tersedia juga di Shin Osaka Station. Fasilitas hotel? Tersedia dg sangat baik, kamar yg luas dan bersih. Sangat kami rekomendasikan!

Hotel ini cukup bagus. Kamarnya cukup nyaman dan kamar mandi bersih. Pegawai hotel sangat komunikatif. Hotel sangat dekat dengan stasiun sin osaka membuat perjalanan sangat mudah kemana-mana.

Lokasi bersebelahan dengan station Shin-Osaka. Kamarnya luas dibanding kamar hotel di jepang pada umumnya yang kecil2. Nyaman.

Once we asked the room service to heat our food & they did it pleasantly. We were very satisfied with the location & the receptionist were very helpful to give some informations about Osaka transportation.

Very satisfied, close to shin-osaka station, we can go everywhere without hassle.
