位置一流 出地鐵站走3分鐘就到。 近景點 去哪也方便 電梯是從一樓開始 必須抬行李上10級左右 。 房內用品齊全 但木地板感覺黏黏的 感覺和照片有分別 應該是色調問題？！但整體感覺是可以的

近地鐵站，三分鐘步行。職員友善助人。房間設備齊，地方不方正，較擠迫。床褥中間低䧟，不夠舒服。

原先入住的房間，面積尤如日本的連鎖酒店房一樣非常小，實在不值所付出的房價，房間露台與鄰房露台相通，感覺有安全隱患，若非翌日早上因熱水爐出現漏水故障，以致需要換房，才意外地能入住一間比之前較大面積的房間(合乎付出的房價)，否則回來必定作出投訴。酒店座落在地鐵站:Baixa-Chiado出站右行不到2分鐘的步行路程，與地鐡站、火車站、電車站、步行街、景點、超市、食店、巴西人咖啡店等非常鄰近(基本可步行前往)。後期入住的房間除面積合理外，房內設備應有盡有，也包括有小型開放式廚房。接待人員Catarina待人親切及提供有用資訊，酒店整體管理不錯。要留意一點就是每1位旅客入住時須繳付每晚$2歐羅的城市稅(是以人頭而不是以房間作爲計算單位)。

電梯從二樓開始，無論如何都要走一層的樓梯，提大件行李要注意。 乾淨、舒適、安靜，推！

Good location with easy assess to metro and most interesting places. Clean, roomy and tidy.

Staff: nice and welcoming Room: clean, tidy, spacy, fully equip, quiet.....i love it so much, feel like home!!!!! only there are twin bed instead of one double bed, but it is ok Location: 5-8 mins from metro station (Baixa-Chiado), 5-8 mins from city center, perfect location

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. • Hygiene: There were cockroaches in the room—we killed three ourselves. • Room Condition: All three lamps in the room were broken. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay until we complained, and while towels were changed every other day, dirty ones were left in the room. • Safety: Several electrical outlets were missing covers, exposing live wires—an extremely dangerous situation, especially since we had a toddler with us. We stayed only because we couldn’t find another place. Honestly, sleeping on the street might have been cleaner and safer. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel directly, we received nothing but poor excuses and no real resolution. Avoid this place at all costs.

I think more and better quality photos of the property would have been better. The room was fine and the beds / pillows were very comfortable. The problem was the bathroom which had a sewage smell during our entire stay. If the bathroom door was left open the entire unit would smell. This was a deal breaker for us and I do not plan to return. Friends who stayed in a unit on another floor also had the same bathroom sewage smell (same dates). The shower stall looked dated and the fixture was semi-broken. If the bathroom shower stall / fixtures were repaired and the smell was dealt with then this would be 5 star property. I do have to say that the ladies at the reception were excellent to deal with.

Great Location. Very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen area. Large bathroom. Air con. Metro station just a short walk away.

Très bonne situation, à 2 pas du métro. Par contre la 2e journée le code d'ouverture de notre porte ne fonctionnait plus. Le bureau était fermé, mais des gens sont venus nous ouvrir...15 minutes plus tard...nous aurions eu un réel problème! Sinon tout était parfait.

Well check in time was 1400 hours, but they were still cleaning the room. So they said that we could go and sit on the sofa while the cleaner was finishing. There was no sofa so we waited for 30 minutes. The bathroom was cleanish but had a bit of mildew on the ceiling, the shower holder was broken the shower doors had not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen/living area wasn’t practical unable to use hob and sink correctly due to it being crammed into a small area. As well as chipped and cracked crockery. Very little communication from staff almost had to force some information out of them. Should have had a sofa instead we had 2 single beds which they said were an upgrade. The people upstairs were like a small herd of elephants, I realise this can’t be helped. The location was good and accessible to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions that is about the only positive thing about it. I would recommend it for one night only.

Bathroom smells up the entire apartment. Smell of pee

Fint boende med riktigt bra läge! Skönt att det finns tvättmaskin i lägenheten :). Vi bodde i "Poesia" som var högt upp så man hade fin utsikt över taken. Den här gången bodde vi där bara 2 nätter, men nästa gång blir det garanterat längre period, då hela familjen är mer än nöjda med boendet.

Très bien situé, proche transport, commerce et restaurant. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine.

Great location, safe and clean.

The property was disorganized and dirty in the outside… meaning there was laundry in the halls, etc. the rooms themselves were better, but the whole experience wasn’t great unfortunately.
