We stayed there for 1 night. The staff was accommodating and polite. The room was big enough but the air-conditioning system was not that strong. It only stayed at 24c the whole night even we set it to a lower temp. Cleanliness can be improved like the sheets were yellowish and had some visible stains. Some molds in the shower area. Good thing the toilet bowl was new and clean although the seat was actually not the right shape for the bowl. We had a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel which was great. The TV was useless there is not much to watch. Overall, our stay was ok for a night

The bidet is not functioning all the linen are old the place also is dirty.

The free wifi service is not available on my room.

Water heater takes so much time to heat, no drinking glass provided inside the room, doormat should be provided at the cr, I stayed for 4 days and nobody cleans the room and collects garbage.

Pros: good location. Cons: 1. Very old. The pictures here are not even close to the actual rooms. 2. As soon as you enter, there is a pungent smell in the entryway. 3. There are no elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage all the way up. 4. The room that was assigned to us had water on the floor. They moved us to another room. 5. The bedsheets looked very old and looked like they were way past their prime. They should retire their linens. They have seen enough. 6. The bathroom was very old. The water was not draining well. 7. There are so many things to say, but I am too lazy to write them down.

I booked for two nights but after seeing the room decided to check out the next morning. Stayed at rm 210, room was not very clean towels old, air conditioner was working though. Bathroom was dirty, no water heater, faucets old and rusty tiles and ceilings old, dirty and moldy. Photos of hotel in yheir website do not match what is real. Please see photos. Hotel personnel were accommodating though.

You get what you pay for. But what I really love most about Regatta Hotel is the view from my hotel room. I love strolling and jogging in the esplanade.

Though the a. C was not to my satisfaction but over all its OK water heaters are no 1 from which I sought first when it comes to accommodation to my surprise the watee heater is working properly.

The comfort room was dirty the toilet bowl seat has cracks and when taking shower the water is getting stuck because it has a problem in its drain making the water drain for a few hours. The bedroom was nice though.

Great customer service. Very accommodating staffs and location is accessible to everything. Will definitely book again and recommend the place to my friends.

The staffs are nice & their location is near for everything:) For improment: they should fix their ceilings, water pressure & they should put some toilet rugs.

The place is okay. They just probably lack manpower since they have a skeletal schedule because of the pandemic.

They almost charge us with food that we did not eat at all. Our toilet seat has cracks so it not comfortable.

The hotel is old. Rooms are smelly and water is leaking. They don’t have a lift which could be a good factor in accommodation, especially in a hotel. It was like a neglected place. Sorry to say.

Very poor check in procedure. The room we booked in not available. They wanted to squeeze the four of us in a standard room for 2pax with all our luggages from our long trip told them to upgrade us instead as it was their fault not ours. It took more than 30 minutes negotiating this and they told us many lame excuses as if we are not frequent users of online portals. Manager is not professional and front desk during our check in was rude. Room is spacious but old. Towels are brownish in color. bed is comfy but AC is not making the room at all. Has nice photos in the internet but it looks haunted in person. Skip this one if you have other options.

A rat friendly hotel. Rat ate my burger that I kept for midnight snack. Grr. And there’s no socket/outlet near my bed, need to go to comfort room when you want to charge your phone. Aircon was not capable of making the room cold in our whole stay. I would not recommend this hotel. But there is always room for improvement though.

The staff are willing to walk the line just to please their guests!😘
