Ideal it’s a good BASIC room to place your head down. There are no amenities at all, not even a microwave. A lot of construction occurred during the time of my visit. We were woken up at 6/7am to work being done. Not considered a beautiful surrounding location but it’s semi (5-10minute walk) close to the train station. It’s not on a busy street but there are small restaurants you can walk to. Overall I’d rate it a 6/10.

Everything was great in terms of the staff and the room itself but the AC in my room wasn’t working well so it was hot AF and had to use my own mini fan I brought from home to help with the heat in my room.

Some towels were stained and not properly cleaned. A pungent smell was found in the corridors and occasionally in the lobby. High cost - would have expected more.

Very close to Sants station yet very quiet. Cafes are nearby for dinner and/or breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, I slept so well!

Great service, they allowed us to leave our luggage until time to check in, attendant at the front desk was super helpful with directions, subway, assisted with dinner reservations at a great restaurant, everything was great.

Terrible management. Booked the wrong dates. Noticed within 24hrs and a week out. Hotel couldn't accommodate us at the at the right dates. Management wouldn't fix the mistake nor refund us. Greed on display, no sense of customer service.

Très proche de la gare, personnel très sympathique. La chambre est fonctionnelle mais le rideau qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bain comportait trop de tâches. Traces de calcaire sur les tuyeaux de douche. Reste de la chambre propre. idéal pour une nuit pas plus

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Barcelona! 😊 Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – alle waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, was total praktisch ist. Außerdem konnte man sich ein paar Minuten Gehwege entfernt Fahrräder ausleihen und die Stadt entspannt erkunden – das hat unseren Aufenthalt nochmal aufgewertet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Baustelle direkt neben unserem Zimmer, wodurch es teilweise etwas lauter war, vor allem morgens. Zudem ist das Hotel etwas hellhörig, und wir hatten zwischenzeitlich recht laute Nachbarn. Positiv war aber, dass das Hotelpersonal schnell reagiert hat und sich darum gekümmert hat. Insgesamt überwiegen aber ganz klar die positiven Eindrücke – wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen! 🌟
