Gostamos da localização, atendimento da recepção, apto. com ar condicionado na sala e suite. Tudo em ordem. Estava limpo e organizado.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Jedoch sprechen die Angestellten an der Reception nur Portugiesisch, kein Englisch und kein Spanisch, was die Kommunikation sehr erschwerte.

Minha estadia foi excelente, não tivemos nenhum problema, tudo perfeito. Flat silencioso, equipado muito confortável e ainda com serviço de quarto.

Decisamente da evitare, durante tutto il soggiono lavori di ristrutturazione convrumori a tutte le ore del giorno e un giorno anche alle 4 del mattino. Camere invivibili dal rumorore delle unita' esterne dei condioziobatori. Formiche ovunque in cucina. Lavello della cucina senza acqua calda per sgrassare le stoviglie

Great location, good apartments. However, some need better maintenance. We had to switch apartments because the fuse in the first one blew when two showers were used at the same time. Lack of communication led us to have a car in the garage while work was done in it and we were told we could not leave with the vehicle as it would damage the work. They ended up finding a solution, but that was a stressful experience that could have been avoided with better communication. All they needed to do was to warn us not to park in that part of the garage the previous day.

Very nice options to have a little flat / small appt and super close to the beach.. personal mis super friendly and will dot the best to assist your stay

Very convenient and functional flat in a great area. Very small kitchen, which could be better equipped. Quite noisy at night and early in the morning.

The staff is very friendly & helpful. My room was clean & quiet. The property is located close to everything that I enjoy in Ipanema.

Gostamos muito da localização e do apartamento, porém fiz a reserva para 4 adultos eu meu marido e dois filhos de 23 e 25 anos, no site dizia que as instalações teriam 2 camas de casal e no apart só havia 1 cama de casal no quarto e na sala 1 bicama ( desconfortável), nem era um sofá-cama decente...

it was great staying there , much better then the substandart over priced hotels in ipanema. the staff speak very little english but they did everything they could to understand us (using google translate....) the location is great 1 min walk from the beach, I wish i could stay for a month.

As fotos do site são bem diferentes da realidade. Mas, o atendimento foi ótimo. Limpo. Bem localizado.

Depois que me trocaram de quarto a minha hospedagem ficou melhor mas pude perceber que existem alguns quartos ruins e os melhores são reservados para os "conhecidos "dos donos .E isso não fica claro no momento da reserva ou seja se ficar nos quartos piores não vale a pena o valor . Existem hotéis na região bem melhores e com café da manhã incluído e com o mesmo valor.Aguns funcionários são bons ,outros péssimos, não tem noção de nem o que existe no prédio. Tratam a gente como se fosse um intruso, com desconfianças e como se não tivesse pago e caro ,para nos hospedarmos lá. As meninas da faxina são ótimas não tenho que reclamar .

Llegando al hotel me informan que no tendrán desayuno Buffet y la solución es que salga a comprar a un supermercado, cuando éste fue un servicio que yo contrate con anterioridad. Me informan el mismo día de llegar que la piscina estará en manutención toda la semana. Además las toallas sucias no las cambiaron todos los días. Lo único rescatable fue la conexión WIFI, el equipamiento y la ubicación del Hotel.

O quarto não era aquele das fotos. E logo na chegada, fomos surpreendidos com a surpresa de que não servia mais o café da manhã. Só no dia seguinte que recebemos uma ligação de que o café seria servido no quarto. Um café simples. Ótima localização. Alguns serviços disponíveis. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, mas alguns são reformados e outros não.

The building is in a premium location in Ipanema, one block away from the beach and walking distance to the most iconic restaurants and bars. This hotel has serviced apartments, very practical for families or business trips. They also have a spa, a pool (not very nice) and free morning tea (however, hard to get the working hours: we tried at 7, 8, 9 but every time we went there the service was over). Staff is helpful and kind. Few of them speak English (just the manager) but they will try to help you by any means. Aircons work great, rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms are quite small but nothing to be concerned about. They don't provide towels to go to the beach so you might need to get one from a shop. The rooms have kitchen facilities, 1.5 bathrooms and living room. The value for money is outstanding taking into account that is very well located!
