這間酒店位置不錯，距離溫莎城堡不算很遠 酒店乾淨整潔，有空調，有停車場，不過有點狹窄。早餐很好吃。 酒店是舊式的建築，沒有電梯／升降機，我的房間在三樓，要搬行李上落樓梯確實有點不方便。 我入住了一晚，有一個不愉快的經歷，就是酒店內有小偷，而且是酒吧的員工！我當晚拿了酒店送的welcome drink, 本來打算在酒吧享受一下，後來還是決定拿上房喝。當我打開房門時，發現剛才在酒吧給我飲品的bartender竟然走進了我們的房間，而且把我的行李打開，還放在床上搜我的東西。我當時十分驚嚇，那bartender說我忘了拿回外套，幫我拿上房間，然後匆匆忙忙地走了。但我的外套一直都在房間，從來沒有拿出去。所以我很肯定他是想偷竊。於是我嘗試反鎖大門，但是沒用的，因為從外面用匙卡還是能輕易進入。我唯有用椅子擋住大門，顫顫驚驚的度過了一個晚上。第二天我才跟接待處說了這件事，她告訴我發電郵給酒店的經理。最後經理迅速跟進事件，並給我退回全部住宿費用。事件中我沒有任何損失，不過酒店的保安真的有待改善。

Food is delicious. The breakfast is very traditional English style. The staff is very nice, much nicer than some so- called famous hotel. Only as a historical building, the floor and steps are interesting. The location is good for watching cold stream march. Overall is the best from my list by price. Worth trying again.

First time to visit windsor ... I found the place cozy & the room was quit satisfying & comfortable ... Nice staff, helpful & friendly. I would defenitly will come back if i wanted to visit again ...

All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, plenty of tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. Our breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of choice.

Clean room, friendly staff and great location 4* as bathroom was very small, that you can’t close the door when on toilet, and we had no heating when entered the room both days. Only went on when asked reception

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast

Clean but the small room, which is fine for one the shower was too small but that was ok what I needed. 10 min Walk to the castle.

The bathroom was in need of a significant overhaul. Ageing and grubby. The room had a mismatch and hotch potch of Furniture. The saving grace was the bed which was decent. We went down to breakfast admittedly cutting it fine before the 1030 deadline but we were there before the 1030 deadline. They had cleared the entirety of the breakfast away, we then went through into the kitchen to ask for breakfast and we were told to go up to the top bar. We went to the top bar and the staff member said breakfast had finished we then went back to the kitchen to ask the same person and eventually and begrudgingly we had our breakfast served. On the positive side the breakfast was good. On the negative side the Hotel is not very welcoming or homely, but the location is superb. The Adelaide should be far better than it is which is a shame as it is perfectly located in the heart of Windsor. Ultimately, we wouldn’t return which is unfortunate.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was remarkable - so much choice and they even poached eggs for me instead of the standard scrabled eggs. Great, friendly and prompt service. In the room, the the coffe and tea offerings were also so much better than what I have been given at other hotels. Location was fabulous - easy access to Windsor town centre plus able to close access to the Long Walk for a bracing walk after Christmas festivities. Felt very safe area.

Great place to stay in Windsor 15 walk into the town and by the Long Walk. Nice cosy room, bathroom very good with shower and bath. Cooked to order breakfast very good, continental selection could be better. Parking £20 a day

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed!

The staff is friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hotel wasn’t too far from the downtown area; however, there isn’t an elevator to bring up the luggage.

The bathroom was lovely but the bedroom needs some work and could have been a bit cleaner

Habitación muy limpia. Pequeña pero cómoda para una persona. Muy buena calefacción por ser una noche fría de invierno, algo que no es usual en hoteles de este estilo en Inglaterra. Muy buen desayuno y el personal supe amable. Hotel altamente recomendable por el precio en Windsor.
