這間酒店位置不錯，距離溫莎城堡不算很遠 酒店乾淨整潔，有空調，有停車場，不過有點狹窄。早餐很好吃。 酒店是舊式的建築，沒有電梯／升降機，我的房間在三樓，要搬行李上落樓梯確實有點不方便。 我入住了一晚，有一個不愉快的經歷，就是酒店內有小偷，而且是酒吧的員工！我當晚拿了酒店送的welcome drink, 本來打算在酒吧享受一下，後來還是決定拿上房喝。當我打開房門時，發現剛才在酒吧給我飲品的bartender竟然走進了我們的房間，而且把我的行李打開，還放在床上搜我的東西。我當時十分驚嚇，那bartender說我忘了拿回外套，幫我拿上房間，然後匆匆忙忙地走了。但我的外套一直都在房間，從來沒有拿出去。所以我很肯定他是想偷竊。於是我嘗試反鎖大門，但是沒用的，因為從外面用匙卡還是能輕易進入。我唯有用椅子擋住大門，顫顫驚驚的度過了一個晚上。第二天我才跟接待處說了這件事，她告訴我發電郵給酒店的經理。最後經理迅速跟進事件，並給我退回全部住宿費用。事件中我沒有任何損失，不過酒店的保安真的有待改善。

Food is delicious. The breakfast is very traditional English style. The staff is very nice, much nicer than some so- called famous hotel. Only as a historical building, the floor and steps are interesting. The location is good for watching cold stream march. Overall is the best from my list by price. Worth trying again.

First time to visit windsor ... I found the place cozy & the room was quit satisfying & comfortable ... Nice staff, helpful & friendly. I would defenitly will come back if i wanted to visit again ...

Breakfast great, staff a credit to the hotel. Needs a bit of an upgrade No draught beer/lager in bar was disapointing Room ok but ours had a difficult shower to use as under stairs and one day when room cleaned no replenishment of toilet paper - attention to detail missed there. Location great for Windsor and surrounding area. A bit pricey for the state of hotl and Parking a nightmare!!!

Air conditioning in rooms a must in hot weather so we loved that the rooms were cold beautiful bathroom and shower. Breakfast lovely staff friendly . Easy walk into Windsor book parking at hotel . Nice garden to sit in which is great. Hotel location excellent

Very poor lighting in the room. No where to put on makeup where you could see.

This beautiful hotel was well kept and staffed by caring folks. Our premium double room was clean, quiet and large. We had a wonderful sleep and a full breakfast the next morning. The parking was definitely worth the reservation. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely area! Would recommend!

Just got back from a 2 night stay, Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating, great breakfast. Our room was clean but small, had everything in it, tv, hairdryer, safe, iron & ironing board. Bed very comfy. Not too far to walk to the castle/shops. The pub called the Windsor castle done a great steak. Would return

Really nice stay straight facing the long walk and only a few minutes from centre of Windsor. Reception staff were lovely . Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and a good size with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Bathroom was a wet room and needed more shelving and towel hooks.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Shame that on top of room price parking is 20 pounds per night . It's residents only so not sure why price is so hugh. They have removed their free welcome drink policy but it was offered on my Expedia voucher so I had to prove we were offered it which made me feel a bit cheap. Breakfast delicious but poached eggs were hard poached not runny like last time😔. Shame. Also the waitress was rather aggressive over us request to sit together at a table for 4 that was only laid for 2. We asked to sit together then as she was setting up the table we were told if you want to sit together you need to ask. Well we just had asked so this felt a little like we were being reprimanded! There were plenty of empty tables. However room was lovely
