我之前都來日本到了阿含湖，我都會住在御前水的飯店 我喜歡御前水的飯店及溫泉。

飯店設備非常老舊，寒冷的冬季只有早餐沒有提供晚餐或餐廳可以用餐，早餐也很簡單，餐桌椅很老舊，溫泉泡湯像公共澡堂並且大門不能自動關閉且與男湯隔間牆沒有完全隔開，牆壁還留有1／5空間，讓人泡湯時會緊張是否有人會探頭，當晚住宿人極少當層感覺只有我一人入住，走廊昏暗燈光，快怕死了 唯獨可慶幸是安排面阿寒湖可以看湖景，櫃檯服務人員服務態度不錯，但下次還是不會再訂這家旅館了

老舊但乾淨，服務態度也好，蓮蓬頭不好用，插座位置不人性。

日式飯店 湖景的view 還不錯

A very old onsen hotel with lots of group tours. It's right in front of the lake tour pier. Nice view. Good location. It is right next to a famous Japanese hotel which the price is thrice if this. The maintenance of this hotel needs improvement. Onsen is not bad.

酒店環境寧靜，而且前方就是遊覽阿寒湖的登船處，很方便。

房間內所有設備比較陳舊，浴室沒有熱水供應，應該是壞了...門上鎖了上面有縫不能完全關上。房內沒有上網設備，整體感覺是停留在昭和年代的老酒店。但服務員非常有禮熱誠，酒店對面是商店街，後面已是觀光船碼頭，位置是十分方便。

好舊的酒店，員工友好，冬天去其本上睇唔到景，玻璃結冰.........................

訂房時明明上頭顯示是有私人豪華浴室的房，但入住時飯店人員卻說那是另一個方案，只能泡大衆池，感覺非常不值。大眾池是住過的日式旅館中最陽春的，幾乎可省略不泡。

Compare with the price, it is not good

我們選的是湖景房，景色非常好，房間也不小。一晚3600，十分超值！

Nice Onsen hotel near by the lake.

A bit dated hotel, but tradional rooms were nice and view to lake great. Onsen was bit oudated too, but outside pool was nice.

Overall good stay.

We stayed at Hotel Gozensui during our stay at Hokkaido. The staff was very friendly and helpful and onsen was really beautiful and relaxing. We do recommend eating at the hotel as a lot of restaurants around the area close early (we were there March 2026). For breakfast there’s a little udon restaurant that we highly recommend.

三世代旅行なので朝食付きで二部屋予約しました。 チェックインすると朝食会場が別々の会場で設定されていました。 数部屋同時予約される方は要望欄に書き込む事をお勧めします。 従業員の方は皆さん優しい感じでした。
